The Oink Cafe is known for its bacon and pork confit dishes, providing top-notch service and great value. On Mother's Day, the help worked hard and did a great job managing the busy crowd. The Denver omelet and home fries were enjoyed, but the original eggs Benedict had hard-poached eggs and mild-tasting ham. The children's menu is a plus, with coloring materials provided and staff being friendly with kids.
