Check/verify condiments before departing the pickup window. Dry fries and tenders are tasteless. Ketchup and BBQ sauce were requested, not included.
I was pleasantly surprised to find an Arby's close to my hotel. It's one of my favorite fastfood restaurants.
The food was very good, (tried the Cheese Steak sandwich), the service was quick and the staff was prompt, courteous and professional. I was delighted to see that they actually smiled when taking my order and also when delivering it. Nice!

Fast and friendly service. Maybe a bit expensive but what fast food isn't now a days.
I do door Dash and when it's slow they have a big lobby here inside the truck stop with AC and phone chargers and such and don't mind if you just grab a coffee or cold water and sit till the next delivery hits
That's nice. So many place do not like loitering

Arby's offers a positive dining experience with friendly staff providing great customer service. The restaurant is spotlessly clean and serves fresh and tasty food, including the Reuben sandwich and 2 for 6 special deals. The staff, like the dedicated employees, ensures orders are correct and customers are satisfied. Customers praise the clean bathrooms and great quality food, with one traveler describing it as the best Arby's they've been to across the US. The location is a relief for the local community, providing a convenient and well-maintained truck stop option.
