“Food was VERY VERY tasty, but the "iced coffee flight" felt gimmicky, like it was geared towards teenagers. I wouldn't order it again as it felt like it was mostly whipped cream by volume, and the iced coffee was syrupy level sweet.“

“I used to hate IHOP but my friends begged love it and begged me to go. We are all older and well slower than the average Joe... our waitress, Michelle, was more than accommodating for us and I was pleasantly surprised with the food and service. I will be returning for Michelle's youthful smile and warm hospitality.“

“These guys are great! I was having trouble with my app, trying to order online and they were more than happy to take my order by phone and while I was picking up my order they took the time to take a look at the app on my phone and fix my problem - and my was still hot when I left ! Thank you Andrew 😊

“This was our second visit to this location first visit was amazing service was a little slow today, I had very burnt bacon in my million dollar hash. I don’t recommend that dish, the coffee was very bitter not sure if it was old or just over measured when brewed I used about 6-7 creamers and ice to get the taste ok 😆 Better luck next time…“

“Love Biscuits, but this location was a bit of a let down. Since we were there after the breakfast rush, we were mostly ignored. Everyone in my party got their food, and it wasn't until I flagged down our server that my food was finally delivered. And, unfortunately, it was made incorrectly. They did fix it, but by the time I got to eat, most of my party was finished with their food.“

“This place is always clean and the staff is always friendly and kewl. They serve fast paced, beautifully plated delicious food. I recommend always getting blueberry tres leches pancakes topped with powdered sugar, strawberries in sauce with whipped cream. You won't even need syrup but it's sooo good with it. I like to get those with a Big Steak Omelette and coffee. It's like the ultimate anytime meal. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert all rolled into one meal and you can get it to go. NOICE!“

“When we arrived, it was busy, just after 9:00 am and we waited for several minutes, before being seated. Our Server, was Marco. He took our orders; my wife had the Omelet special and I had the Breakfast Sampler. I was expecting a long wait before our meals arrived, being how busy it was. Both meals arrived much sooner than I anticipated and both were very good. Marco was exceptionaly attentive and took good care of us. My finals thoughts were, I would return to this IHOP.“

“Can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s such a nice break from the heat outside and has such a nice homey feel. The service is amazing, our server Sharon was great. She was nice and attentive.
BEST part is the food. I got a TNT skillet and wow that’s probably one of the best breakfast plates I’ve had in my life. My brother got a regular American breakfasts and we both agree the food is 10/10. Biscuit was great also.
I can’t recommend this place enough. I’m glad we found this gem on our visit. I will definitely be coming back when in AZ“
