“I was in a bad mood after a long day and being picky with fresh lo-mein and egg rolls, and every associate that served me were so nice and accommodating. Carlos had probably the best customer service I’ve received at a fast food joint. He was friendly and professional—really nice young man. I walked out of there in a great mood and the food was hot and fresh. General Manager should be proud of his/her employees, especially Carlos.“
