“The level of excellence at this Starbucks is unparalleled to everything other Starbucks location. EACH AND EVERY SINGLE employee models excellent service. They care about each customer personally. They are happy to see you and happy to serve. Their drinks are good because of the care and detail they put into EACH and EVERY drink EVERY time👏👏👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌 The manager models team work and integrity. My girl that makes my matcha makes it PERFECT EVERY! Single! Time! This team at this Starbucks needs to train every other Starbucks in the country.“
“The baristas are especially friendly and courteous. They should help train most of the baristas at other locations in Yuma, especially the one on the big curb. Besides that the drinks are always made properly. I get exactly what I order, the drinks are always perfect. Starbucks should take notice and Albertsons should be very happy they have great baristas. I’m definitely making this my favorite Starbucks.“
“I am an everyday customer. I have gotten to know the staff. Part of the my experience has been the friendly greeting every morning. My only complaint is that at times the music is to loud. The music on Sunday mornings is very good. It is also right off an interstate so at times business is hectic.

“Great service with very friendly staff. The location is at a nice place, but since it is inside of Campus can be extremely full depending on the time you want a drink. Mostly between normal class schedule so during those times expect people but other than that everything else is great.“

“The Starbucks is good. I’m a fan of Starbucks in general and their product is consistent with the other stores which I like. There’s nothing wrong with anything here except for the fact that everybody in Yuma goes there all day long. I have never seen a line wrapped around the building consistently all day. That’s the only part that sucks. I would suggest that you walk in rather than wait for 45 minutes in the drive-through.“
