“DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to support a cheap company. I work for Door Dash and just finished completing a merchant order from there. I carried 10 heavy boxes of spring rolls to their store on L2 Brentwood Mall. $200 worth of food and $0 tips from them. This is a disgrace and I will never take an order from Will H again at this store. If I can go lower than 1 star I would but Google forces me to give 1. Embarrassing to have restaurants like these exist.“

“Had a wonderful dim sum experience at this harbor-side tea house! The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was so cozy and inviting, with lovely views adding to the relaxing vibe. Service was exceptional too; the staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. A perfect spot for a leisurely meal. Highly recommended!“

“Had dimsum here and the food was amazing! Everything was so flavourful and they were very attentive when we needed more water, tea or napkins. This is also still hands down my favourite place to have the Liu Sha Bao. Other places, the bun tastes kind of dry and the egg custard isn’t as flavourful. We were also happy to eat the Sesame Oil Chicken as it’s not always found on dimsum menu!“
“Great place for frozen dimsum. Have been coming here for a few years now and will continue coming back whenever I need a restock.
Places like this used to be more common here when I was a kid but as our city changes so does the landscape of local business. Stop by and enjoy home made dimsum while shops like this are still around.“

“Lee Garden is a reliable choice for classic Cantonese seafood and dim sum. The ingredients taste fresh, portions are generous, and dishes come out quickly, even during busy hours. Dim sum is consistently good, with a wide selection, and the seafood dishes are well prepared and flavorful. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion size, and the dining room is spacious and comfortable, making it a great place for family gatherings or group meals. Service is efficient and friendly. Overall, a solid neighborhood restaurant that’s easy to come back to.“

“Here’s a polished restaurant review you can use:

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Color Seesee, and it was a wonderful reminder of authentic Shanghainese comfort food.
The highlight of the meal was definitely the steamed soup buns (小笼包). Each bun was delicate and perfectly pleated, and the moment you bite into one, a burst of rich, savory broth fills your mouth. The balance between the thin wrapper, tender meat filling, and flavorful soup was spot on—exactly what you hope for in a great Shanghainese xiaolongbao.
Another standout dish was the mini wonton soup. The small, silky wontons in clear broth instantly brought back memories of time spent in Shanghai. The flavors were light yet deeply comforting, and the texture of the wontons was just right—soft, smooth, and satisfying.
Overall, Color Seesee delivers an authentic taste of Shanghai with care and attention to detail. If you’re craving genuine Shanghainese flavors—especially excellent soup dumplings—this is definitely a place worth visiting.“

“I was close by and came here for takeout. They have 20% discount for dine in before 11am and 10% discount for take out.
Food is good, I like it very much.
The restaurant looks clean not very worn.
Servers are quite abrupt and feel like they are rushing you but they are not rude.“

“Never had such a big soup dumpling before with so much soup! Went for the XiaLongBao around 10$ for 5 huge dumplings. The flavor was good but half the soup was lost as you bite as it was so much haha. I personally like the small delicate soup dumplings at din tai fung /dinesty etc but I would love to try some of the other foods.
Just tried the pan fried dumplings and really enjoyed it. Soupy as well.“

“Still enjoy coming to this location. It’s spacious, easy parking, and the window seats have a nice view, which is always a plus.
The food is pretty consistent—nothing over the top, but solid overall—and service is reliable. I used to really like their signature desserts, especially the LV bag–shaped one that was super popular, but it seems they don’t offer it anymore.
Compared to other dim sum places, their plating stands out a bit more and feels less generic than the usual plain white plates. Flavour-wise, it’s about average, but as a chain in Vancouver, you know what you’re getting and the quality is fairly dependable.“

“Another solo weekend dim sum brunch, I was in the metro town area, that’s why I picked this one. Haven’t been here for a while, I remember they are not bad. I’m glad that they are still that way.
Food is pretty good similar to the level in Richmond and Hong Kong, may be a little bit below, but still pretty good.
Everything came out hot, Sui mai is pretty good, the BBQ pork rice rolls were good as well.
Service was ok, typical Chinese restaurant service level.
Decor is a bit dated. But overall presentable.“
