We have been coming here off and on for the past five years. Like many similar higher tiered Chinese restaurant around greater Vancouver, Neptune in Station Square has declined in food quality and raised prices due to economic pressures. Even though Neptune couldn't maintain its premier food quality of years passed, it is still quite a solid mid-level Chinese restaurant. In my opinion, food is what makes this place our family keeps coming back to. Service can be spotty sometimes but other times they can be so good and accommodating.

The manager is excellent and wonderful, and the service men and girls are so nice and patient. Today they were playing Rudolph the red nose reindeer on loop about 20 times, which was a little strange. The hot pot, either by pork or chicken, is very delicious. Underground free parking lots are available. They are very friendly. The waitress was very honest when they overcharged for payment and refunded the difference. Free parking is available on levels P1 and P2.
