I had an amazing experience at Subway this afternoon. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and received outstanding customer service. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, organized, and well-maintained, which made for a very welcoming atmosphere.

The staff were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently even during busy periods. They took the time to prepare my order exactly as requested and paid great attention to detail. All the vegetables were fresh and crisp, the bread was soft and perfectly baked, and the ingredients were well-stocked and presented beautifully.

I was especially impressed by how clean the dining area, beverage station, and washrooms were. The team clearly takes pride in maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and guest service.

“The young man working this evening, Ranvir, was very kind, respectful, and patient. The lady working with was nice too but seemed to be training and would keep looking to Ranvir for help. Given that it was well after midnight, the staff were very pleasant and Ranvir especially was super patient with everyone but especially all the questions I kept asking. We had been to other 24/hour chains earlier in the evening (7/11, McDonalds) who were not nearly as respectful. It’s nice to see some stores still believe in good customer service even with their late night service. I’m not sure if Ranvir is a supervisor or in management but he should be and he is a very valuable worker. I observed both staff being hardworking and responsive to customers who would come in. I I’ll definitely come back to this Subway for late night orders. Thank you so much for all your help tonight :)“

The QP Chicken Shawarma was amazing. The sauces in the wrap were the best part snd the chicken tasted tender and juicy.the portion size for the regular shawarma wrap was OK and could have been better for the price.
