You know its good when you hear others around you in the restaurant saying, "Wow, this is the best Gyoza I've ever had!!! Wow...These are the best noodles ever!"lol I had a hard time not turning around to look at the dishes others were raving about..lol The prices were really good for the quality of food, we will definitely be back as my kids also loved it here. We had the Spring rolls, Miso soup, Katsu don... both Meat and Tofu Katsu were crazy good, light, tender and crispy! Definitely going to try their Gyoza, Udon stir fry and Korean chicken next time..annnnd maybe the Lemon shrimp too as I read they were also good! Well done to the entire staff here... Seriously Excellent! Thank you for the exceptional friendly service, a rare treat! :)”

“Of the thousands of beers I’ve bought and drank in BC, there is no one that makes a hazy (and other ipas) as delicious as Backcountry. Their Za is also not to be missed, dough is chewy and wonderful, pairs nicely with their Caesar salad. 👌🏼”

“We were looking for something local and fun after a day of hiking. Google found this hidden gem and what fun it was. It felt like we were in someones basement who had turned it into a place where all can hang. So many cider options, and the friendly young woman pouring and educating us could not have been a better ambassador. Even the locals who were enjoying a pint joined in on helping us decide what to go options we had. It was absolutely delicious and we will be back. Give this place a try, I am confident you not only will enjoy everything about it but will be back as well.”

“Met the owner during a day trip to squamish to climb. Honestly, I've never met someone so willing and open to share about coffee as him. He is incredibly knowledgable and passionate about his coffee and it shows! Had an excellent batch brew that easily beats most of the pour overs from other third wave cafes. It's frankly quite astonishing!”

“This place has become our go to in the last little while. We went a few weeks ago and had the chicken bowl and it was good. Went tonight again and had the chicken bowl and the tuna bowl and they were even better this time! Super fresh and tasty, good amount of protein, veggies and sauce. Ambience is so cozy and the service is excellent. Highly recommend this place whatever part of Squamish you live in! I'm glad it's in my neighborhood 😃”

But throw a dash of unique toppings rarely seen in burgers, like shredded carrots and pineapple, well it takes a whole new level. And their sides are also amazing and filling. “I just popped in to tide myself over until dinner. Was greeted by a lovely young lady who was happy to serve me. I paid less than 8 dollars for a Winter roll. It was made fresh and quick for me, the best part is it tasted awesome. At 8 bucks there is literally nothing negative I can say about this place. I'll be back!”
