“This is the place where the Virgin River NF series was filmed. The area is magnificent with fantastic views and wild life as expected being here in BC, Canada. The grill was packed and customers just kept on coming. The service was good but the food was substandard. Maybe I should have ordered the River burger...next time perhaps. Go there to walk along the river and perhaps grab a beer and a burger 🍔. The place is a bit pricy for pub food.”

“In my opinion, this is the best beer in Squamish. The brewery has been around for years and for good reason! There’s plenty of parking, lots of seating inside, and a covered patio with about 8–10 tables. They also serve solid food options, including pretty good pizza (I’d rate the food a 7–10, which is great for a brewery). Service can be just okay when it gets busy, so don’t go in with super high expectations, but overall it’s definitely worth a visit.”

“Hands down, one of my favourite restaurants… not just in Squamish, but in general. The level of creativity when it comes to their food and cocktails is so refreshing and exciting!

I’ve eaten here multiple times but I recently hosted my wedding dinner at the Broken Seal and they did not disappoint! Matty, Taylor, Jay and the rest of the Broken Seal team, exceeded our expectations. Our guests could not stop talking about the amazing cocktails, the delicious food, and the incredible view!

Thank you guys so much for everything you did. If I could give you 100 stars, I would!

“We were looking for something local and fun after a day of hiking. Google found this hidden gem and what fun it was. It felt like we were in someones basement who had turned it into a place where all can hang. So many cider options, and the friendly young woman pouring and educating us could not have been a better ambassador. Even the locals who were enjoying a pint joined in on helping us decide what to go options we had. It was absolutely delicious and we will be back.
