My wife and visit the gardens each summer and usually treat ourselves to the high tea. This year we felt the sandwiches were a bit bland and it appeared the menu was unchanged from 2025. Service was pretty good although the tea was not as hot as it could have been. Enjoyed the garden view from the outside terrace but be aware there can be wasps. Expensive for what you get but it is a nice treat!
Easy to make reservations. Arrived early. Able to be sitter early. Services was prompt and efficient. Food was tasty and served in an efficient manner. The greenhouse was beautiful. Noise level was quiet. The temperature was moderate. Our wait staff was knowledgeable, personable and well looked after. Highly recommended. A delight!
I loved it so much that I wrote Mrs. Clark a letter thanking her for this beautiful heaven that she and her family created. The meal was very good and our server Marissa is my new favorite person. I know I sound like I'm gushing, but everything was so perfect and this is my second trip and I hope to make a 3rd someday.
