Their web based reservation system is convenient and service was good. The system is easy to understand but you need to go few times to find your best recipe. I tried hot Ma Ra Tang. I liked it a lot. It is affordable and delicious.
Food and drinks are great, however the other night I had not received the drink I ordered while everyone else at my table had. I flagged a waiter down and told him, but he seemed to disappear. Therefore I waited and waited until I had to flag another waiter down. By the time I got my drink, I was almost finished my hotpot. I thought that I should be compensated for this mistake but all I got was a "sorry about the wait". It seemed like the staff looked very dishevelled that night....read full review
