I visit this particular McDonald's nearly every day and use the drive through. I pick up seniors coffees. I notice the workers there are so friendly and work very hard. The coffee orders are always accurate. The drive through is very punctual. Thanks McDonald's ?
5 star for stupidity, very slow service and making false excuses. I waited 10 minutes in the drive through (no cars waiting) to find out we are missing the fries on a 2 meal order. When I said this is to be a fast food the lady on the drive tru counter said they are short staff. but when I came back to claim the missing fries there was at least 8 people in the grill area and no line up in the counter. Cheap labor I guess becomes cheap service.
