I ordered a chicken breakfast sandwich, 2 hash-browns, a hot chocolate, and a sausage and egg everything bagel. I got my food, then waited another 10 minutes just for a hot chocolate.
My problem is that my everything bagel has the correct information on the wrapper, and then the sandwich is just completely wrong. I got bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. In the photos I’ve added I already took off the tomato, but didn’t end up eating it anyways because I was disappointed...read full review

The staff was trying to serve people but they just stumbled and couldn't complete orders fully. Customers had to ask numerous times for cups for drinks or other basics they paid for.

McDonald's offers a typical fast food experience. Some customers have reported positive interactions with staff, particularly regarding service and resolving order issues. For example, one customer received a complimentary meal after a mistake with their order. The staff, especially Charlize, has been praised for their friendly and pleasant customer service, with some customers saying she brightens their day and deserves a raise. Many customers also appreciate the morning coffee prepared by Jaspreet, noting her professionalism and kindness.
However, other customers have noted negative experiences, including difficulty understanding some staff members and a dirty washroom. Some feel that charges are increasing for items like paper bags, and that the food quality has become average, with burgers and buns getting smaller and prices rising. There have been mixed experiences with staff, with some customers finding them rude, especially during evening hours. One customer mentioned their late was not warm enough, and another pointed out the lack of sleeves and the extra charge for them. Despite these issues, some customers still find the location to be one of the best in recent times.
