When I got there on a Monday, the establishment was packed, which says a lot about its thriving business. I got to try the S'More Croffle from their monthly menu and it was incredible. This may just be my favourite breakfast item. This meal came with bacon that was superb and eggs that were consistently good. The coffee was top notch and went great with everything else. Also, the coffee is free if you have it with a breakfast choice. The service was excellent; well-mannered, and they checked on you often. My only problem or nitpick about this restaurant is that it is far from where I live and it is in an obscured part of Chilliwack where you would not think to go. Nonetheless, I would love to come back to Cookies Grill and try their other menu choices. I am very happy for this restaurant's success.”

“This is my favorite place to get butter chicken in all of chilliwack! the owners are absolute jems in our community, my most favorite meal is the 15$ special you can get 2 different curry, rice and Naan, this is perfect for me since my kids don't eat indian food yet and I still get 2 different curry's, last time I tried the paneer and of course butter chicken and I am happy to have 2 full meals with my left overs. I love the workers they always explain to me what I'm ordering 🫶 I came here on a different day ordered food went next door to get my kids pizza and one of the owners brought my food right out to my car for me since they noticed I had my kids in the car.”

“Whenever I go to a restaurant serving seafood, I like to try their clam chowder. From coast to coast in Canada and the US. I have to say that the clam chowder here is excellent. I loved it. Waitress was very accommodating even letting me have a sample before ordering. Will be coming back for more chowder.”

We celebrated our oldest child's graduation here last night, it was amazing. The service was absolutely amazing, our server, Jewel, had the best energy. She gave great recommendations and feed back. She remembered allergies and sensitivities. She was also very patient with my elderly grandmother. The drinks and food was absolutely delicious. Large selection of gluten-free options. We had a great time overall”

'It turned out to be "the best" (white sponge cake, Lemon Mousse topping + decorations) and....(this is an endorsement...) a relative who was an artistic professional cake baker loved the cake! Early birds the next morning finished off the "leftovers"! 5 Stars!”

The breakfast options are fairly standard but good and have been consistent across visits. The food is hearty and satisfying. The waitress didn't rush us and was very good about topping up coffee while we chatted. There's a kids menu that looks suitable for younger kids.”

You can pay similar prices at a chain but you will never get the quality you get at Bravo. We may not be high society folk but we’d never feel out of place with the way the staff (shout out to BJ out front!) makes us feel so welcome every time we come in. “Subject: Exceptional Staff, Unacceptable Ownership Oversight

​I am a regular customer at this Sardis location, and I feel compelled to write this review to highlight the contrast between the caliber of the team here and the policies set by ownership.

​Every visit is a testament to the staff’s professionalism. They are consistently patient, helpful, and unfailingly kind. I frequently leave this location in a better mood than when I arrived, not simply because of the coffee, but because the staff maintain a genuinely relaxed and chill demeanor that makes for a welcoming atmosphere. They are the primary reason I continue to return.

​However, it has become painfully clear that the current operations are unsustainable. It is frankly unacceptable to observe the level of pressure placed upon this team. On any given day, I see a convergence of 12–15 cars in the drive-thru, a lobby lineup of equal length, and a constant influx of mobile orders. This is a business model that ignores the reality of human capacity.

​The current staffing levels are unrealistic and, quite frankly, disrespectful to the employees. I have watched customers grow frustrated and turn around to leave, but the true victims of this environment are the staff, who are forced to navigate an atmosphere of unnecessary stress and anxiety.

​To the ownership: Your team is your greatest asset. It is widely known that the local management has requested additional staff to handle this volume, yet those requests go unheeded. By failing to provide adequate staffing, you are setting your team up to fail, which inevitably leads to burnout and high turnover. I strongly urge you to re-evaluate your business model. Invest in the human beings who keep your doors open. Give this team the support they require so they can work effectively, and so your customers can enjoy the service they deserve.

​This location has the potential to be a standout, but only if ownership begins to treat their staff with the respect and consideration they have clearly earned.”
