A special shoutout to one employee i think her name was Raman—she was incredibly calm, kind, and attentive, which really stood out. The french vanilla coffee was perfect as i customised that with my own taste ,the food was fresh, and the welcoming vibe made it a great visit. Keep up the amazing work“

“One of the standout parts of my recent Tim Hortons visit was the friendliness of the staff. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine smiles and seemed happy to help, which made the whole experience feel welcoming. You could tell they cared about providing good service, not just getting through the line.

When I asked about some of the different coffee options, the cashier was patient and helpful, explaining each one in detail. Even though it was a busy morning, they made sure every customer felt seen and taken care of. I noticed that they thanked everyone as they handed over their orders, adding a nice personal touch.“

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a fantastic experience! The coffee was rich and flavorful, just like I expected. I tried their new donut, and it was delicious—sweet, fresh, and perfectly baked!

“This store doesn’t offer some of the menu items that are posted on the LED screen menus.
The worker doesn’t understand English, and we had some difficulty communicating about the menu choices and adding or using reward points from the app.
These small stores inside gas station should have the menu that reflects what they actually do have not just what every other store has“

“I just wanted to share how much I appreciate the consistency and comfort that Tim Hortons provides. Whether it’s grabbing a chamomile tea to help settle my day or finding a quiet spot to sit and reset, Tim Hortons always feels welcoming.

The staff are usually kind and efficient, even when things are busy. I recently spent a few hours at a location in Chilliwack, and it gave me exactly the calm atmosphere I needed to catch my breath and reflect.
