“This Timmy's has the most confusing line up. There are no arrows to clearly direct you to the order area. People walk up to the counter and start ordering while you are standing in a line on the side.
Please change or get new signs. Put arrows to direct your customers to the line up.“

“The store was very clean. I saw the line was long when I first got there. But, the staff was moving people quickly through the line almost as fast as the drive thru. One associate named, Harmin was working so hard and moving so quickly from her area to the outside area, taking food to cars. Even so, when I asked her a question about the menu, and my drink, she was so very nice, helpful and patient. I almost felt bad asking her because she was so busy. “This Tim Hortons is usually really busy, but the staff works efficiently to take orders and prepare food in a timely manner. This is in vast contrast to the UBC Tims near the Walter gage residence. Per my previous review, my boyfriend and I waited an ungodly amount of time for a bagel and breakfast sandwich. For the amount of traffic they get, one would think they would prepare accordingly, like the KPU Tim’s has done. 5 stars all around!“

“This is the best Tim Hortons around! They brought back lots of the old favourites and ONE of the only stores that has the powered strawberry donuts and Timbits! The Too Good To Go bags from this location are by far way more superior than any others I’ve gotten, loaded with so much food! The staff is always so courteous and happy! I love bringing my kids to this location, and it feels safe sitting in the restaurant , which is a struggle I find nowadays.“

“This Tim Horton’s is in the Esso gas station. It’s nice because it’s beside Tynehead Park. If you are driving by, you can get your gas and grab a coffee through the drive-thru.

If you have more time to spare, you can grab a coffee and sit at the one for the tables available inside or outside, if the weather is nice.

When my family and I visited, we saw that the kiosks were slow and wouldn’t let us pay with our debit card but we were able to do our order in-person since there was no line up.

I was able to use a couple Roll-up wins (by app) for free coffee (for a green tea) and free donut (for a cookie)🙌 in my order.“

“I visited this Tim Hortons in Langley beside Fraser Hwy with three other families with kids. We had a wonderful time there. The place is clean and cozy, with a very good modern interior. The food is very good as usual, especially the coffee, sparkling ginger quencher, and donuts. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to spend quality time with friends and family. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because the parking lot is a bit small and crowded. Other than that, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing spot.“
