“Customer service is not good. I ordered coffee, they made wrong and it was cold because they put more cream and didn’t stir well. I told them, can you please replace it but they said sorry we can’t help.

They dont even made any effort, they dont care. Manager was not helpful.“

“This Timmy's has the most confusing line up. There are no arrows to clearly direct you to the order area. People walk up to the counter and start ordering while you are standing in a line on the side.
Please change or get new signs. Put arrows to direct your customers to the line up.“

“The store was very clean. I saw the line was long when I first got there. But, the staff was moving people quickly through the line almost as fast as the drive thru. One associate named, Harmin was working so hard and moving so quickly from her area to the outside area, taking food to cars. Even so, when I asked her a question about the menu, and my drink, she was so very nice, helpful and patient. I almost felt bad asking her because she was so busy. “Just wanted to share some positive feedback about this Tim Hortons location. This is my go-to spot since I work nearby, so I visit quite often in the mornings and evenings. Every staff member here has always been kind, respectful, and welcoming, especially Jasmeen, who is currently a supervisor in training.

Today the location was extremely busy with a long lineup, yet Jasmeen and her team handled the situation professionally and stayed calm while helping customers. I could clearly see strong leadership and supervisor skills in the way she managed both customers and the team during a very hectic time. Her team was also doing their best to keep things moving smoothly.

“This Tim Hortons is usually really busy, but the staff works efficiently to take orders and prepare food in a timely manner. This is in vast contrast to the UBC Tims near the Walter gage residence. Per my previous review, my boyfriend and I waited an ungodly amount of time for a bagel and breakfast sandwich. For the amount of traffic they get, one would think they would prepare accordingly, like the KPU Tim’s has done. 5 stars all around!“

“I accidentally placed my mobile order at the wrong Tim Hortons location. When I arrived, the staff explained that because the two restaurants have different owners, they couldn’t transfer my order. I would need to contact the other location for a refund and place a new order.

To my surprise, Lazely went above and beyond. Rather than making me go through all that inconvenience, he prepared my order without charging me again. I was genuinely surprised by this level of kindness and customer service.

“This Tim Horton’s is in the Esso gas station. It’s nice because it’s beside Tynehead Park. If you are driving by, you can get your gas and grab a coffee through the drive-thru.

If you have more time to spare, you can grab a coffee and sit at the one for the tables available inside or outside, if the weather is nice.

When my family and I visited, we saw that the kiosks were slow and wouldn’t let us pay with our debit card but we were able to do our order in-person since there was no line up.

I was able to use a couple Roll-up wins (by app) for free coffee (for a green tea) and free donut (for a cookie)🙌 in my order.“

“I visited this Tim Hortons in Langley beside Fraser Hwy with three other families with kids. We had a wonderful time there. The place is clean and cozy, with a very good modern interior. The food is very good as usual, especially the coffee, sparkling ginger quencher, and donuts. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to spend quality time with friends and family. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because the parking lot is a bit small and crowded. Other than that, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing spot.“
