“I have been frequenting this Tim Hortons for quite some time, and everything is amazing. The food is delicious and it was given in a timely manner (I am especially fond of the honey crullers). The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, Pauline was also very helpful and considerative. I enjoyed my experience here very much and will continue to do so!“

“This Timmy's has the most confusing line up. There are no arrows to clearly direct you to the order area. People walk up to the counter and start ordering while you are standing in a line on the side.
Please change or get new signs. Put arrows to direct your customers to the line up.“

“Stopped by this Tim Hortons during the lunch rush and the team handled it really well. Even tho it was very busy, the staff stayed organized and kept the line moving! 😳 My order came out quickly and everything was made properly. I also noticed how friendly and hardworking the team was, so i asked for their names: Sandra, Ericka, GN, Jeraldine, Jelly, Lorna, and Rowena were all doing their best to help customers and support each other. I know because I have work in a fast food restaurant for 3 years before; Mcdonalds. It’s not easy working during the lunch rush, but they stayed positive and professional.

“This reviews going to both the gas station staff and Tim's, we went for lunch and ordered the pizza flat bread, my kids loved it. Also an guy was resting on one of Tim's table ( I guess homeless and under drus, but harmless) kind a sleepy in a weird position. We were concerned about his situation, but good ppl work there, they let him rest/sleep, and the guy who works at the gas station counter, knocked gentle at his table and ask him if he is ok. Yes, he was ok. Positive response, but kept sleeping . This was such a great thing to do, it showed also my kids how to behave around those vurnable ppl. Happy to see that and I feel safe at that gas station/Tim's“

“This is literally the only Tim Hortons location I have been to that has such polite and wonderful staff, always smiling always so friendly usually the same girls in the mornings and a younger gentleman. They have never got my order wrong thus far and I visit 4/5 times a week. Its always clean and welcoming I would go out of my way just to come to this location just because everyone is so friendly.“

“This Tim Hortons is usually really busy, but the staff works efficiently to take orders and prepare food in a timely manner. This is in vast contrast to the UBC Tims near the Walter gage residence. Per my previous review, my boyfriend and I waited an ungodly amount of time for a bagel and breakfast sandwich. For the amount of traffic they get, one would think they would prepare accordingly, like the KPU Tim’s has done. 5 stars all around!“

“You can always trust Timmy's for great food and drink. The staff do their best to keep tables and the whole restaurant clean, but it is difficult when they are very busy and some people treat their finished meal like, don't worry, someone will clean it instead of lazy me! I do wish the supplier companies would do a better job of labelling disposables as recyclable and or compostable.“

“Wow! It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a Tim Hortons and left happy!

I went through drive thru today and the lady over the speaker was extremely polite and friendly. For once I didn’t feel rushed! I got a coffee and a grilled cheese, I was asked to pull forward which I’m totally okay with. The grilled cheese came about 4 minutes later and it was the most perfect one I’ve ever had. It was hot, fresh, super cheesy. I was a happy girl after a long work day.

10/10 would recommend this Tims over any of the others in the area!! Keep up the good work!“

When ever I walk in all the staff member say hi to me every time, even if they are busy they come up to me ask how I’m doing. Moreover, most of them even remember my order. “My truck died right in the middle of the drive thru at the order speaker. Had to ask for assistance and they were right on the job! Sent two wonderful men out to push my truck out of the drive thru into a parking spot! I felt terrible but they were extremely kind and made the situation so much better. “I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for over four years now, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Yesterday, my husband and I visited because I was craving something specific, but unfortunately they were out of stock — which was completely understandable since they were likely busy.

We were about to leave and go somewhere else, but the Assistant Manager, Inder, helped us and honestly made our day. She was extremely polite and patient. Even though they didn’t have what we originally wanted, she didn’t rush us or make us feel like we should leave. Instead, she kindly suggested a few alternatives and explained them really well.

Because of her helpful attitude, respectful tone, and great customer service, we ended up purchasing a few other items. It wasn’t about the amount we spent — it was about the respect and care she showed us. I truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness.

I told her I would leave a review because she genuinely deserves recognition. In over four years of visiting this location, I’ve never been disappointed, and yesterday’s experience proved why I keep coming back.

“I visited this Tim Hortons in Langley beside Fraser Hwy with three other families with kids. We had a wonderful time there. The place is clean and cozy, with a very good modern interior. The food is very good as usual, especially the coffee, sparkling ginger quencher, and donuts. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to spend quality time with friends and family. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because the parking lot is a bit small and crowded. Other than that, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing spot.“
