“This location is always very busy, and I feel there simply aren't enough staff to handle the number of customers. The employees are working hard and doing their best, but management should consider scheduling more staff during busy hours. It would make things much easier for both the employees and customers.“

“I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for quite a while now, and over time it’s become one of those places where the staff really make the difference.
I’ve gotten to know the manager, Joyti, and honestly, at first I thought she was the owner because of how much care she puts into the store. She leads by example, is always attentive, and you can tell she genuinely takes pride in both the location and her team. That kind of attitude really shows in the overall atmosphere.
I’m also almost always greeted by one of the two Navis, and both of them are incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. Little things like being greeted with a smile and treated like a familiar face make the experience so much better and are a big reason I enjoy coming back.
The service has always been consistent, personal, and genuinely pleasant. Great management, great staff, and a team that clearly cares about the people walking through the door. Definitely a 5-star experience and one of my favourite Tim Hortons locations.“

“This Timmy's has the most confusing line up. There are no arrows to clearly direct you to the order area. People walk up to the counter and start ordering while you are standing in a line on the side.
Please change or get new signs. Put arrows to direct your customers to the line up.“
“The store was very clean. I saw the line was long when I first got there. But, the staff was moving people quickly through the line almost as fast as the drive thru. One associate named, Harmin was working so hard and moving so quickly from her area to the outside area, taking food to cars. Even so, when I asked her a question about the menu, and my drink, she was so very nice, helpful and patient. I almost felt bad asking her because she was so busy. “I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons location. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided quick service even during a busy time. My coffee was prepared exactly as ordered, and the food was fresh and well presented. The restaurant was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Every single morning, she greets me with a beautiful smile and the genuine warmth of a mother. In the rush of early morning delivery work, her kindness makes a massive difference to my day. “This Tim Hortons is usually really busy, but the staff works efficiently to take orders and prepare food in a timely manner. This is in vast contrast to the UBC Tims near the Walter gage residence. Per my previous review, my boyfriend and I waited an ungodly amount of time for a bagel and breakfast sandwich. For the amount of traffic they get, one would think they would prepare accordingly, like the KPU Tim’s has done. 5 stars all around!“

“Just wanted to share some positive feedback about this Tim Hortons location. This is my go-to spot since I work nearby, so I visit quite often in the mornings and evenings. Every staff member here has always been kind, respectful, and welcoming, especially Jasmeen, who is currently a supervisor in training.
Today the location was extremely busy with a long lineup, yet Jasmeen and her team handled the situation professionally and stayed calm while helping customers. I could clearly see strong leadership and supervisor skills in the way she managed both customers and the team during a very hectic time. Her team was also doing their best to keep things moving smoothly.

“I visited there today morning, there was girl at the window her name was Rajveer, I was quite impressed with her customer service and the way she treated her customers is next level.
She always has a smile when she talks to me, and I take that as a positive sign.“
“This Tim Hortons has genuinely become my go-to place. I come here regularly and always enjoy what I order — usually a plain bagel toasted with extra butter, and sometimes an Iced Capp. My food is always prepared the way I like it, and I’ve had consistently good experiences here.
What makes this location even better is the staff. They are always friendly and welcoming, and since I come here regularly, they remember me and even remember how I like my order. It may sound like a small thing, but it really makes you feel welcomed and appreciated as a regular customer.
There’s something nice about coming to a familiar place where you enjoy the food and are also greeted warmly by the people working there. I always feel good coming here, and that’s why this has become my favourite Tim Hortons location.“
“We came to this location hoping to get the new poppin quencher since we had no luck at the location up the street and my son was devastated. Even tho the machine wasnt ready they stated I could wait and the drink would be brought out. We met Gill at the till super friendly and super nice to my autistic son who.has been really looking forward to trying this drink and told her it was also his brothers second birthday. When she came out to bring the drink she also.came out with a cute note for his baby brother. Honestly her customer service is top.notch and always smiling . 🕕 Hours: 6 AM–11 PM
🅿 Parking: Free for up to 2 hours when you scan the Indigo logo inside Tim Hortons. If you use the scanner outside, it’s only 30 minutes, so keep that in mind!
It’s a very busy community area, and there were quite a few people smoking around the area, which may be something to consider if you’re visiting with kids.
Overall, a convenient spot with great service and quick turnaround. 👍“

“I visited this Tim Hortons in Langley beside Fraser Hwy with three other families with kids. We had a wonderful time there. The place is clean and cozy, with a very good modern interior. The food is very good as usual, especially the coffee, sparkling ginger quencher, and donuts. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to spend quality time with friends and family. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because the parking lot is a bit small and crowded. Other than that, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing spot.“

“I’ve had a really great experience at this Tim Hortons, especially when it comes to the speed and efficiency of service.
I almost always place mobile orders, and at this location my order is consistently ready by the time I arrive. That has not been my experience at some of the other Tim Hortons locations, where I’ve had to wait another 15–20 minutes even after placing my mobile order 30 minutes earlier.
I eventually got fed up with those delays and started ordering from this location instead, and I’ve been very happy ever since. In fact, this store is farther from my house than several other locations, but I still choose to come here because I know my order will be ready on time.
