Tim Hortons is a popular restaurant known for its freshly brewed coffee. The menu caters more to adults, with a lack of child-friendly options. However, the service can be efficient, with some customers experiencing quick service and accurate order fulfillment. The store front staff is often friendly and smiling, providing excellent customer service. The team, particularly the morning staff, demonstrates a positive attitude and delivers prompt service. Special recognition goes to Preet, who is always attentive, courteous, and polite. Overall, the experience at Tim Hortons can vary, with room for improvement in order accuracy and attentiveness to customer requests.
