Wish I could give 0 Stars went to the location and got tea when i when i took a sip noticed that there was a plastic glove in my tea. I called to make a complaint and they wont do anything about it other than replace my tea but I have to go back to the location. Will not be returning to this location EVER as this is disgusting and the way they handled the complaint is ridiculous!
Very rude and rushing staffs. We were at the drive through. Not busy one car behind. I pull up to counter to pay and remembered that this branch doesnt take Amex. So i was grabbing my visa card. The whole time the staff member was rushing us, saying “are you ready guys?” “You should be ready when you are here.” Shoved everything to our window and we left in hurry only to realize no sleeves for hot coffees and no napkins for timbits.
