I wanted to share some positive feedback regarding my recent experience at your location.
I have visited many Tim Hortons locations over the past few years, and I have found it difficult to find consistent, kind, and accurate service. Having only one cashier working inside was honestly unacceptable. The line was all the way to the door. I got in line, finished my shopping, left the store, and the same people were still waiting in line. The employees may be doing their best, but one cashier during busy hours is clearly not enough. People should not have to wait this long just to get a coffee. This situation needs to be fixed immediately.

However, it's worth noting that some issues have been resolved promptly by the staff, indicating a willingness to correct mistakes. This location is a good Tim Hortons location. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very inviting. The store stopped buying almond milk and this has been happening for months. The staff aren’t very familiar with their own recipes.
