“I had an exceptional experience at Willowbrook mall branch. All the team there was so kind and smiling. I was buying a “Stainless Steel Tumbler” and there was issues with the system and I had to wait for a while, so to make it up they gave me a 50% discount , I was going to buy 1 but there hospitality and the way they were talking to me made me buy 2 of them. Really I want to thank all the great team there specially “Tania” and “Cory” both of them were amazing and professional.“

Had a large order this morning on January 30, 2026, around 9:15 AM, and honestly—exceptional service.

Eakm, the order taker and beverage maker, was fantastic—fast, accurate, and incredibly patient, especially as I had a toddler with me. That level of calm and care really stood out.

The sandwich maker was equally great, the store was very clean, and the whole team handled a big order smoothly. It truly felt like 5-star treatment at Tim’s.
