“I would like to recognize one of the Indian girl at this place for her outstanding service. She always has a warm smile on her face and provides excellent customer service every morning. She is very fast and efficient with both drinks and food orders.I remember when she used to handle drinks only, but now she manages food and everything else perfectly. Her hard work, positive attitude, and dedication make a big difference, and she helps create a great experience for customers every day.

“Awesome & friendly and of - course very supportive; Brad, Tracy, Gurpreer and all his team members are great team. Literally - they make very good fresh coffee and well stirred. Place is clean and good environment to enjoy your coffee. Essentially - supportive and attentive. We are very pleased with this location, including Mission down town 1st Ave and both are the best coffee makers, apparently I find tim horton coffee tastes varies location to location.

“I prefer to drive to this location. My favourite staff person is here - Farah. I know if she is on, my order will be correct - every time. Even if I stumble and order it wrong she knows what I mean and that's experience at work. This location has never given me a medium when I order a large. They never under fill the cup to add the whip topping and when my little asks for a sminkle (sprinkle) doughnut - they ask if she wants the round or the straight (if they have both options) and on canada day they introduced her to the popping candy option. The drive through is a bonus.“
