“Stopped by this Tim Hortons today and had a really smooth experience overall. There was a line when I walked in, but it moved quickly and everything felt organized.
I ordered a coffee and something to eat, and both were ready pretty fast. The coffee tasted fresh, and the food was warm and nicely prepared.
One thing I noticed was that a few customers were being a bit rude and impatient, but the staff stayed calm, polite, and professional the whole time, which I really respected.
