“Don't listen to the negative reviews I mean it's kind a good and kind of bad. It's sometimes bad and sometimes good good but this restaurant is a good Rush trot. It can sometimes be good sometimes be bad. My taste buds are a little bit messed up, so yeah it has mediocre service. The food is mediocre. It's a mediocre restaurant hunt, but there are many good restaurants like this one in North America so don't just say oh don't go to this one like what if that's the only one in the neighborhood or what if that's the closest anyways or tons of other five star ones and what do I recommend this maybe anyways good restaurant it's so so 00 like if you got no other Burger King just go here it's a mediocre restaurant“

“Even at the busiest times, they are quick and positive, pleasant to order with and food is hot and ready to go within minutes of it being ordered. I've gone to a few different Tim hortons on the north shore, most don't mix the coffee and sugar properly or cut the sandwiches completely making it annoying to eat since they fall apart. This one gets it right every time I go there! Efficient, professional and always with a smile!“

“Pretty busy place, crowded early in the morning. A little frustrated when I specifically asked if a certain drink was available and was told yes it was, I again asked if it was for sure and told yes. After I paid and waited 15 min, I was told that it wasn't available, instead I was given a substitute without asking for or approving. I should have been asked if I wanted a refund or substitute.“
“Visited Tim Hortons on Lonsdale Ave and was impressed by the exceptional customer service, especially from Vishavjeet who was incredibly friendly. Their baked goods are by far the best I've experienced across various Tim Hortons locations. It's one of my son's favorite spots, particularly for their chicken strips. The newly renovated interior adds to a great atmosphere, making our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a cozy and welcoming experience!“
