“Today (October 30th 2023), As usual it was very busy during the morning rush hour time. The drive thru was closed due to maintenance. Overall it was a positive experience except one thing.The cashier asked for the name at the time of order, however when you are at the receiving line the girl didn't care for calling out the name instead she was calling out with what you ordered. While waiting in the line I noticed that made a bit confusion among all those were waiting. Me & another guy ordered dark roast double double & we both went to the counter whey she called out!! So yeah, just a feedback that if you asked customer name at the time of order, then please call out the name while delivering the food, other than that, its a nice clean restaurant that will give you a positive experience.“

“This was one of the best Tim Horton's I've been to. The showcase was spotless, clean and clear. This made all the donuts and pastries more appetizing. I scanned the donut enclosure for fruit flies and didn't see any. The floors were clean too. Ordered a decaf coffee and it was fresh. The only thing bad was the clientele which is normal for a location across the street from a light transit station.“
