“Employees are always work very hard, friendly Team member Jasmine was working so hard and she always nice, also the food is always good! Located at very nice spot where people mostly passby. I used to go there for a coffee and cookie. I ordered Orange Tangerine Sparkling Queancher at there and it was so good! One of my favorite Tims location 💕“

“I stopped here on a weekly basis to grab breakfast before work. Happy to give this place a four out of five stars. One of my biggest feedbacks for this location, would be to try and avoid getting eggshells in the eggs. Almost every time I get a breakfast wrap, there’s egg shells in it.

Not a dealbreaker of a situation, just some feedback for the team there. Overall service is quick and I will continue to keep coming here.“

“I come to this specific location pretty often about once a week around 1am-2am after work. The same few girls all work night shift at that time. Sometimes I can get a delicious doughnut 🍩 and I have to say that the doughnuts made here taste better than a lot of other Tim’s I’ve been too. So I always stop on my way home for a midnight sweet treat. I APPRECIATE HOW CLEAN THIS LOCATION IS. When I come at this time the women are always busy cleaning something and it’s amazing to see! “I’ve been coming to Tim Hortons almost every day, usually during the late evenings, and the experience has always been amazing. The breakfast and beverages are consistently great, but what truly stands out is the kindness and professionalism of the staff.

A special thanks to Guri and Raj for always being so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. After long days, it’s genuinely nice to be greeted with such positive energy and excellent customer service.

“Today I experienced true Canadian customer service at Tim Hortons in Lougheed Mall.
I chose the wrong location for my mobile order and I was about to give up my order when Mr. Onkar offered me to make my order even though it was not his job. I was truly surprised and he brought my busy day a happy ending.

“This review is not about the Tim's hence the good review. Everything was amazing. I'm writing this in case the lady I saw earlier decides to write a review (Yes, very petty, but I had to vent).

Lady with the neon green sports bra, black biker shorts, and white cap (Also had a cute dog), THIS IS FOR YOU.

I don't know if you think the world revolves around you, but you can't just stand in between the 7/11 and Tim's line, leave the Tim's line, and just come back to it and cut in front because you decided it was your turn. Yes, it's not that deep, but the fact that you probably feel that entitled everyday is funny. I will admit that I was a bit upset at being treated like an invisible person.

““I have visited many Tim Hortons locations, but I have never experienced behavior like this from a manager anywhere else. My experience with the manager here was very disappointing. The manager often speaks rudely to staff in front of customers, which is embarrassing and unprofessional.

A workplace should be respectful and supportive, but here the environment sometimes feels stressful because of the manager’s behavior. It feels like there may be personal frustration or issues behind this attitude, but whatever the reason, it should not affect how employees are treated.

I hope management takes this seriously and improves the way staff are treated in the future.”“

“Not the best location because it’s very cramped, but the staff were very nice and got everything correct! The food was good as it usually is though it took a little bit longer than usual because there’s less staff working than in most other places. Overall it was a good experience and it was worth the wait“

“I have been a regular customer of Tim Hortons for many years. I have always found the coffee to be very good and the tea options to be excellent. The food is also very good and reasonably priced.I have never had any problems with the service at this location, but I would like to mention that it has been my experience that if you are in a hurry, it is best not to go on weekdays during the morning rush hour , as there may be a slight delay in getting your order taken and your food prepared.The staff is generally very friendly and efficient!
