“Visited Tim Hortons yesterday and has a great experience. Prabh was friendly and polite and served my order quickly when store was extreme busy in the morning. On the other hand talking about the manager or maybe supervisor over there. The girl who wear blue t-shirt there she’s very rude. I can truly see how other employees are also working hard. But some employees need to fix their rudeness at work.

“Did a drive thru last night with my friends and it was one of the best experiences i had in a while shoutout to the girl who was at the window taking orders and making it 10 mins before closing the grilled cheese was really good !!! 😊❤

“Tried the new Tim Hortons Matcha drinks and honestly, both are really good! 🍵💚 I tried both the sweetened and unsweetened Matcha, and I enjoyed them both.

Another great thing is that you can swap the milk without any extra charge, which is a nice option. Overall, a refreshing addition to the menu and definitely worth trying if you’re a matcha lover! ✨“

“I stopped here on a weekly basis to grab breakfast before work. Happy to give this place a four out of five stars. One of my biggest feedbacks for this location, would be to try and avoid getting eggshells in the eggs. Almost every time I get a breakfast wrap, there’s egg shells in it.

Not a dealbreaker of a situation, just some feedback for the team there. Overall service is quick and I will continue to keep coming here.“

“Giving 5 stars because I'm in here almost daily. It's always extremely busy and the staff work non stop. I'm sure it must be a hard job to deal with so many different types of people and remembering orders etc.

“One of my go too Tims. Great service and very busy as it's in the mall. It's time to re-open the second till, which has been closed since covid as there are as many mobile ap users as walkins. The mobile users walk in front of the people who are waiting for an order, which makes it hard to get to the counter. This location has started using names to help with that. One till should be for walk ins and the other for mobile.“

“Not the best location because it’s very cramped, but the staff were very nice and got everything correct! The food was good as it usually is though it took a little bit longer than usual because there’s less staff working than in most other places. Overall it was a good experience and it was worth the wait“

““I have visited many Tim Hortons locations, but I have never experienced behavior like this from a manager anywhere else. My experience with the manager here was very disappointing. The manager often speaks rudely to staff in front of customers, which is embarrassing and unprofessional.

A workplace should be respectful and supportive, but here the environment sometimes feels stressful because of the manager’s behavior. It feels like there may be personal frustration or issues behind this attitude, but whatever the reason, it should not affect how employees are treated.

I hope management takes this seriously and improves the way staff are treated in the future.”“

“I have been a regular customer of Tim Hortons for many years. I have always found the coffee to be very good and the tea options to be excellent. The food is also very good and reasonably priced.I have never had any problems with the service at this location, but I would like to mention that it has been my experience that if you are in a hurry, it is best not to go on weekdays during the morning rush hour , as there may be a slight delay in getting your order taken and your food prepared.The staff is generally very friendly and efficient! Great job!“
