I had a great experience at the Tim Hortons inside SFU Burnaby campus. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and efficient, even during the busiest hours. My orders are consistently prepared correctly, and the coffee and food are always fresh. It's a convenient spot for students and staff to grab a quick breakfast, coffee, or snack between classes. The food and drinks are consistently good, and if there are any issues, the staff are quick to make things right. The espresso is always good, and the staff are friendly. The location is popular, with long lines, but customers can often find a quieter time to visit during breaks. The staff member on the sandwich station, Marry, is particularly appreciated for her great service and friendly smile.
