One of them had specifically picked an item with sprinkles and was really looking forward to it, but after we ordered, we found out it wasn't available. Atmosphere: pretty quick lines and orderly any time I’ve been there. Clean and organized pastry case.

Some Timmie’s you go into you feel a little haunted while ordering but Hammy doesn’t feel that here. We tried the newer timbits they were really good, not so much the Canada timbit with the popping candy on the outside…candy and desserts don’t mix…ever. We enjoyed on the outside sitting area which is perfect for people watching and enjoying the sun.

As the noisy location just on corner of the road .
Seating very limited mostly bar chairs in hight that you need boosters to reach.
Service:
While you finally get your order heard. The time served to the get it finalised is pretty fast.

Food:
Their breakfast items are nice dounts made well.
Recommend the maple glazed.
Coffee is needed improved in recipes weather better beans or different grinder find out yourself

In conclusion:
If you fancy a good dounts go there
But for anything else there's better options for you out there.“

“Most of the reviews Tim Hortons employees receive are negative. People are quick to point out what went wrong, but very few stop to recognize everything that happens behind the counter.

These employees work incredibly hard, just like the rest of us, to make sure thousands of people can grab a coffee or breakfast on their way to work. They help us during those rushed mornings when we don’t have time to cook or prepare anything at home.

It’s easy to criticize a mistake. It’s much harder to appreciate the pressure, the long lines, the early mornings, and the constant effort they put in every single day.

I stopped by to get something, and it was really busy. After I ordered, Simran kindly let me know it might take a while 😢 I told her I might miss my bus, and instead of just leaving it at that, she actually checked the timing for me and tried to help.

Since it was still going to be long, I switched my order to a quencher, and she even suggested a combo with a large drink and hash brown. She was so polite, thoughtful, and genuinely caring it honestly made my day.

All the work seemed to go to the cashier staff who took order, ran around, called order, assigned the pastry staff to help her pack order. The staff at the back seemed way too slow for the situation. “Second timis at the campus which usually has a huge line up. They used to serve only drinks and donuts but they now have sandwiches and burgers. The service is outstanding as per the huge line up . You can also bring your own mug for the coffee for discount. Iced capp is the most popular drink here. Boston cream and Canadian maple are one of my favourite donuts.“
