I wanted to take a moment to give some well-deserved positive feedback about my recent visit to your Tim Hortons location 3463 dunbar street today.
First off, the team member “Simran Mann” who helped me with my drink was incredibly patient and knowledgeable when I asked for a customized cold beverage. I ordered an iced coffee with specific modifications—extra vanilla flavor shot, almond milk instead of regular, and light ice—and they got every detail perfect without any hesitation. It tasted exactly how I wanted, and it was made quickly even during a busy time. That level of attention to customization really made my day and shows great training and care for customers.
Then, for lunch, I tried the Cilantro Lime Chicken Loaded Bowl and it was outstanding! The fresh ingredients—crisp lettuce, cucumber, hearty grains, and that flavorful cilantro lime sauce—came together perfectly. The chicken was cooked just right: crispy on the outside, tender inside, and generously portioned. It felt like a fresh, satisfying, and surprisingly healthy option compared to typical fast-food meals. Everything was assembled neatly and tasted delicious from the first bite to the last.
Overall, the service was friendly, fast, and accurate, and the food quality was top-notch. Your team clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows. This visit made me a repeat customer—I’ll definitely be back soon!

My orders are mostly accurate, and the coffee and food are consistently fresh. The restaurant is generally clean and has a comfortable atmosphere.
The only downside is that homeless individuals in the area make the environment feel less comfortable. Other than that, this location provides excellent service, and I appreciate the team's hard work. Overall, it’s good to have our daily breakfast choice.“

“There are 2 Timmy's close together...this one at 505 terminal Ave & another smaller 1 at the skytrain station beside and. This particular ti s at 505 terminal was great! Fresh timbits & the woman at the counter/till was awesome with her recommendations! 5☆☆☆☆☆'s all the way! Clean, not too busy where as the other Tim's I went to first & they were fresh out of the 2 flavors of timbits I was wanting so I popped down the street to the other location & they still had plenty of my fave flavs! “Stopped in late at night and was genuinely impressed. The employee was just as friendly and attentive as you'd expect during peak hours no cutting corners, no attitude. Virpal greeted me with a smile, got my order right, and made the whole experience feel effortless. Night shift staff don't always get enough credit. She deserves it.“

Atmosphere: pretty quick lines and orderly any time I’ve been there. Clean and organized pastry case.
Some Timmie’s you go into you feel a little haunted while ordering but Hammy doesn’t feel that here. We tried the newer timbits they were really good, not so much the Canada timbit with the popping candy on the outside…candy and desserts don’t mix…ever. We enjoyed on the outside sitting area which is perfect for people watching and enjoying the sun.
Anyway, Jesse is a king, a truly sweet soul. Nice location. Hamny out.“

“It's a coffee shop in a city open to the public, people are going to be jerks and deface the bathrooms. I don't get some of these comments people make.
What I know is the staff were super nice and made my food quickly, and everything tasted like it was supposed to. Coming in from the US coffee prices are amazingly cheap here. Lots of space, a nice interior area and an outdoor space to sit, I'm not sure what more you could ask for.“

Seating very limited mostly bar chairs in hight that you need boosters to reach.

While you finally get your order heard. The time served to the get it finalised is pretty fast.
Food:
Their breakfast items are nice dounts made well.
Recommend the maple glazed.
Coffee is needed improved in recipes weather better beans or different grinder find out yourself
In conclusion:
If you fancy a good dounts go there
But for anything else there's better options for you out there.“
“I’ve been a regular Tim Hortons customer for years, and one thing that keeps me coming back is the consistency of their Dark Roast Double Double coffee. No matter which location I visit, I can count on getting the same smooth, rich flavour every time.
There’s nothing worse than ordering your usual coffee and having it taste different from one visit to the next, but Tim Hortons has done an excellent job maintaining consistency with their Dark Roast. It’s bold without being bitter, always fresh, and made just the way I expect it.

“I had such a rough, sad morning, but this experience completely turned my day around 💛
I stopped by to get something, and it was really busy. After I ordered, Simran kindly let me know it might take a while 😢 I told her I might miss my bus, and instead of just leaving it at that, she actually checked the timing for me and tried to help.
Since it was still going to be long, I switched my order to a quencher, and she even suggested a combo with a large drink and hash brown. She was so polite, thoughtful, and genuinely caring it honestly made my day.
This is the kind of place I’d come back to every time I pass by, just because of amazing people like her. The food is always fresh and tasty too, way better than other places.

“So slow! There’re 2 staff working with huge line up on Wednesday 10 AM. All the work seemed to go to the cashier staff who took order, ran around, called order, assigned the pastry staff to help her pack order. The staff at the back seemed way too slow for the situation. I noticed one customer had been waiting for his food even more than 6 customers after him were served. The cashier did her best to handle the situation. She needs some help. Don’t overwork her otherwise it will be even slower…“

“There's clearly a dynamic between the staff of who will call out the mobile orders even when they were aware there's a few to call out. They were blatantly ignoring them. None of them seems to want to give in and be the one to call it. Observing this as a customer was rather irritating as a group of us were waiting and standing.“

“It's the most efficient Tim, hands down, and yet it's neglected. Its floor has been really dirty for about a year, and the last time I noticed foul smell. That is food safety concern too. Come on, guys, bleach is the cheapest thing in Canada, you should have deep cleaning every month at least. Four stars to the team, zero stars to the management :-p“
“Second timis at the campus which usually has a huge line up. They used to serve only drinks and donuts but they now have sandwiches and burgers. The service is outstanding as per the huge line up . You can also bring your own mug for the coffee for discount. Iced capp is the most popular drink here. Boston cream and Canadian maple are one of my favourite donuts.“

This is one of the few remaining places in downtown where you can still get freshly made meal under $10. I ordered a Becon Everything Flatbread Pizza. It was prepared fresh and hot and tasted good.“

“The place is good, but there is limited space and a bit congested for the number of people served. The staff is very active which makes it better in comparison to other places at UBC. A good location which has a lot of open spots nearby! An expansion may likely improve the overall consumer experience.“
