“I come to this Tim Hortons on Davie Street almost every day in the late afternoon, and the staff here are consistently wonderful. Everyone is always extremely friendly, helpful, and kind, and they genuinely make it a pleasure to stop in.

A special shoutout to Ravleen, Amar , Saneha and Taran, as well as everyone else who regularly works the afternoon shift. They’re always welcoming, attentive, and in a great mood, even when things are busy. After coming in so regularly, it really feels like they go out of their way to make you feel appreciated as a customer.

Excellent team and great service — definitely deserving of five stars!

P.S. One thing I do want to mention is how much I respect the staff for the difficult situations they sometimes have to deal with. Because of the location, they regularly encounter patrons who can be extremely volatile or disruptive, and I’ve personally witnessed a number of situations that felt genuinely unsafe. The employees handle these moments with an impressive amount of patience and professionalism.

I would really like to see Tim Hortons provide this location with a permanent security guard, particularly during the busier afternoon and evening hours. The young mostly-female staff shouldn’t have to be responsible for managing potentially dangerous situations on their own, and I think dedicated security would make a meaningful difference for both employees and customers.“

“I recently came here and ordered a coffee based on the picture, but I misunderstood the menu and didn’t realize it was actually my mistake. When I came back thinking they had made the wrong coffee, the staff kindly explained what happened and offered to remake it for me. “The guy at the convenience store counter was very brusque and stone faced direct contrast with the lady at the Tim Hortons Counter. I would not recommend a visit to this gas station after 3 pm as the Shifna the lady who manages the counter during the day is a 360 degree contrast to the rude guy. Shifna is not only courteous but genuinely warm and proactive. 👍“

“It’s been four years since I last visited Vancouver, but Tim Hortons really is a brilliant doughnut shop!

The coffee cups are lovely, and the doughnuts were delicious too.

It’s quite fun being able to order a ‘Double Double’ or a ‘Triple Triple’ using the touchscreen.

“Went to Tim Hortons for a quick coffee break and ended up sitting there for a while because the place actually had a really nice vibe. I got an Iced Capp and a Dark Roast Coffee. The Iced Capp was cold, creamy and refreshing, exactly what you expect when you’re craving something sweet and caffeinated. The Dark Roast was simple but good, strong enough without tasting too bitter.

What I liked most was the atmosphere. The big windows bring in a lot of natural light, and it was pretty relaxing just sitting there with our drinks and talking. Nothing fancy, just one of those comfortable coffee stops where you can slow down for a bit.

Overall, both drinks were good and the ambience made the experience better. Not something I’d call perfect, but definitely a solid Tim Hortons visit.“

Hard to hear even yourself in order
As the noisy location just on corner of the road .
Seating very limited mostly bar chairs in hight that you need boosters to reach.
Service:
While you finally get your order heard. The time served to the get it finalised is pretty fast.

Food:
Their breakfast items are nice dounts made well.
Recommend the maple glazed.
Coffee is needed improved in recipes weather better beans or different grinder find out yourself

In conclusion:
If you fancy a good dounts go there
But for anything else there's better options for you out there.“

“I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons at the same time for a full year now, and it never disappoints. Supervisor Leah and her team of hard-working girls run the place like a well-oiled machine. Service is lightning-fast, always friendly, and they somehow keep everything in stock even during the rush. The restaurant is consistently spotless — floors, counters, washrooms, everything. You can tell they take pride in the cleanliness and the timing. Leah keeps the whole crew on point. Best regular Tims experience I’ve had. Highly recommend this location.“

“So slow! There’re 2 staff working with huge line up on Wednesday 10 AM. All the work seemed to go to the cashier staff who took order, ran around, called order, assigned the pastry staff to help her pack order. The staff at the back seemed way too slow for the situation. I noticed one customer had been waiting for his food even more than 6 customers after him were served. The cashier did her best to handle the situation. She needs some help. Don’t overwork her otherwise it will be even slower…“

“There's clearly a dynamic between the staff of who will call out the mobile orders even when they were aware there's a few to call out. They were blatantly ignoring them. None of them seems to want to give in and be the one to call it. Observing this as a customer was rather irritating as a group of us were waiting and standing.“

“Most of the reviews Tim Hortons employees receive are negative. People are quick to point out what went wrong, but very few stop to recognize everything that happens behind the counter.

These employees work incredibly hard, just like the rest of us, to make sure thousands of people can grab a coffee or breakfast on their way to work. They help us during those rushed mornings when we don’t have time to cook or prepare anything at home.

It’s easy to criticize a mistake. It’s much harder to appreciate the pressure, the long lines, the early mornings, and the constant effort they put in every single day.

At the end of the day, they’re human too. They deserve patience, respect, and recognition for the essential role they play in our daily lives. Without them, many of our mornings would be much more difficult.

No coffee. No breakfast. More stress before the workday even begins.

“I’ve never had an issue with my drinks or food and the team here is very fast and efficient. I’ve been going to this location for over a year now and it stands far above the rest for me.

I recently just went to the Tim’s that is underground by the London Drugs and Skytrain and was severely disappointed with the service. I’ve had issues with that location a few times but sometimes the location is more convenient for me. However I now realize that the convenient location is not worth the hassle and I’ve come to truly appreciate the workers at this
Dunsmuir Tim’s. I will now go out of my way to go to this location because it is absolutely stellar compared to all the rest.“

“Second timis at the campus which usually has a huge line up. They used to serve only drinks and donuts but they now have sandwiches and burgers. The service is outstanding as per the huge line up . You can also bring your own mug for the coffee for discount. Iced capp is the most popular drink here. Boston cream and Canadian maple are one of my favourite donuts.“
