The food is always at the right temperature and tastes fresh and all. But the service is really bad. They don't have any cup holders for you to take, and they won't give you your cup with a holder either. Two visits ago, I was burning my hands all the way on the sky train and today I had to ask if they had any holders. The lady didn't reply and just gave me one. When I was paying I used points for the coffee and then I switched to scan and pay but the system didn't do anything....read full review
Worst Service, the store closes at 12 AM as per Google. We went there for a coffee at 10:45.There was a punjabi Indian girl who removed us from the store telling that store closes at 10:45 and she was also making faces. There was another Asian girl too who got ready to serve us coffee at 10:47 but the other girl denied.Also, when we told them that Google shows 12 AM as closing time, she said it is only for bakery items.We also asked if there is a board which shows open and close...read full review

I placed an pick up order today at 11:55 am and i picked my order within 3-4 minutes after placing. I ordered one medium double double and a plain croissant toasted with butter.
