“I had a really nice experience at Tim Hortons and wanted to share it. First, I ordered a drink from the drive-thru, and the girl named Prabhjot Kaur served me. She was very polite and friendly, and I really liked her service.
After that, me and my friend decided to go inside the store to order something else. When I went in, I saw the same girl again, and once again, her service was amazing. She was calm, respectful, and handled everything very nicely.
She also told me about the Tim app, which is really helpful for me nowadays. I truly appreciate her behavior and the way she treats customers. It made my whole experience very positive.

I am a regular customer at this Sardis location, and I feel compelled to write this review to highlight the contrast between the caliber of the team here and the policies set by ownership.
Every visit is a testament to the staff’s professionalism. They are consistently patient, helpful, and unfailingly kind. I frequently leave this location in a better mood than when I arrived, not simply because of the coffee, but because the staff maintain a genuinely relaxed and chill demeanor that makes for a welcoming atmosphere. They are the primary reason I continue to return.
However, it has become painfully clear that the current operations are unsustainable. It is frankly unacceptable to observe the level of pressure placed upon this team. On any given day, I see a convergence of 12–15 cars in the drive-thru, a lobby lineup of equal length, and a constant influx of mobile orders. This is a business model that ignores the reality of human capacity.
The current staffing levels are unrealistic and, quite frankly, disrespectful to the employees. I have watched customers grow frustrated and turn around to leave, but the true victims of this environment are the staff, who are forced to navigate an atmosphere of unnecessary stress and anxiety.
To the ownership: Your team is your greatest asset. It is widely known that the local management has requested additional staff to handle this volume, yet those requests go unheeded. By failing to provide adequate staffing, you are setting your team up to fail, which inevitably leads to burnout and high turnover. I strongly urge you to re-evaluate your business model. Invest in the human beings who keep your doors open. Give this team the support they require so they can work effectively, and so your customers can enjoy the service they deserve.
This location has the potential to be a standout, but only if ownership begins to treat their staff with the respect and consideration they have clearly earned.“
