I am a Patients with diabetes. I can't eat sugar.Every coffee shop have sweetner. But here haven't sweetner. Everyone face is so cold. Like Roberts. They lost Tim hortons cultural background. I never come here again.
I would say that my very last visit was great. But the last visits are horrible. I can see the whole crew was changed except that male gentleman who is very nice, friendly, polite, and efficient. As soon as he saw me standing and waiting to collect my drink, if he was not preparing coffee he would grab my drink right away.I saw even new staff (3 females) still struggling but they seem friendlier with a customer that makes even mistakes are ok with customers. Everything I come to this Tim Hortons there scanner does not work to scan points on my app. Inside the restaurant all the staff are just helping out with drive thru customers. Nobody stands in the front. Have to stand and wait for someone to serve customers. Many times I had to ask a staff to help serve customers. Very slow and poor with customer service.
