I ordered it again at the Fleetwood store and was so disappointed. First of all it was too soft to eat so I took it home to eat in a dish with a spoon. And.... there was no fudge sauce in it! And only about 6-7 peanuts. I’m not one to call management and complain but hopefully someone will read this and be more careful when putting them together and give them longer time to freeze. 😢“

“I used to recommend Nando’s South Surrey to my neighbours, but we ordered some chicken tonight and were so disappointed as the chicken was over cooked and super dry (seemed as the chicken has been sitting forever) to the point that some pieces were inedible. I’m not sure if the owners changed or the cooks, but it definitely isn’t what it used to be. It’s a shame really, because you lost a customer.“

Service is also good can improve a bit too but the staff is very friendly and active.“
