“First experience was last Friday after work. Nice and clean space! Friendly guy at the counter. Picked up their crunchy chicken sando, few pieces of chicken with fries, and a strawberry milkshake, which does contain real strawberries. It was all good 😊

The chicken isn't so oily nor too salty. It has a good flavour and crispy texture, same with the fries. Crunchy chicken sando has some tasty pickled veggies in it and a nice amount of sauce. The strawberry milkshake was just right, not overly sweet.“

“Hubby and I popped in Saturday night for our weekly DQ treat, we’ve been doing this for the last couple of months. The week before it was Cloverdale and I had a Buster Bar and it was fabulous! I ordered it again at the Fleetwood store and was so disappointed. First of all it was too soft to eat so I took it home to eat in a dish with a spoon. And.... there was no fudge sauce in it! And only about 6-7 peanuts. I’m not one to call management and complain but hopefully someone will read this and be more careful when putting them together and give them longer time to freeze. 😢“

“I used to recommend Nando’s South Surrey to my neighbours, but we ordered some chicken tonight and were so disappointed as the chicken was over cooked and super dry (seemed as the chicken has been sitting forever) to the point that some pieces were inedible. I’m not sure if the owners changed or the cooks, but it definitely isn’t what it used to be. It’s a shame really, because you lost a customer.“

“Very nice food and fresh, not spicy enough, they have three restaurants in one, Karachi Flame for desi food, 777 for pizza, and Fritou for fast food, ambience is very basic can be better, but we were there for food which is worth a try, I don't know why there half Chicken karahai is so expensive comparing to other restaurants. “On a recent late-night visit to this location, my wife and I didn’t expect much for food or customer service. To our delight, those expectations were quite blown out of the water. The sole employee working at that hour was patient and helpful over the drive thru intercom. When we got to the window, he explained that a couple items we ordered were unavailable (he was filtering the fryer!! Not all fast food joints keep up with their fryer maintenance!! good on him!!) — he kindly offered alternatives and adjusted our order. He then proceeded to prepare and hand us our order promptly, all while maintaining a very friendly, positive, respectful, and welcoming demeanor. On top of all that, the food was precisely what we’d ordered (modifications made perfectly) and, especially for Taco Bell, tasted very good.

The fast food workers we often deal with (in Canada) would not have offered us alternatives, and would’ve given us the typical, shoddy (at best) customer service we’re used to… This guy, however, was some different, and he deserves a good review and a raise.
