“Had not been to a C-Lovers location in a few years. This one was a delightful experience all around. The restaurant was bright with lots of comfortable window seating. We ordered the Cod and Chips meal. The fish was yummy with just enough batter without seeming oily. The chips could have used a better potato type but did the job. The coleslaw was awesome - tasty, fresh, and crunchy. The food portions were good. Service was attentive and friendly. The menu was laid out nicely with a good variety of items to choose from .“

“Anny’s Dairy Bar is the best place to try amazing poutine and smoked meat sandwich without going to Montreal. Actually, I think it’s better than a lot of places we tried in Montreal. We shared the smoked meat sandwich and regular-sized poutine and it was the right amount of food for two people. The cheese curds in the poutine was delightfully squeaky, the gravy was deliciously viscous and the fries were nicely crispy. I’m slightly more partial to the smoked meat sandwich, which used soft bread and the most tender meat, pairing nicely with the pickle. Don’t sleep on the maple ice cream - it’s so good.“

“Three of us friends have always gone to the White Spot for dinner before a movie in Walnut Grove, Langley, BC. After many visits to the area, we opted to take a chance and visit a different restaurant in the area. Wow! We were blown away. Ricki's in Walnut Grove will be our "go to" resturant for meals from here on in. Five star all the way! Thank you for such a lovely experience.“

“On Tuesday, May 12th, seniors group from Taproot Community Support Services and Staff had celebrated birthday and our annual spring lunch outing. Jann our server was excellent and worked so hard to make sure we had our lunch and drinks. She went above and beyond making our lunch so great. We highly recommend her and thank her so much.“

Thankfully, Simran, one of the staff members, handled the situation very professionally and kindly. She immediately looked into the problem, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was sorted out. “For the past 20 years or so, we have gone to the White Spot in PoCo to celebrate my nephew’s birthday on July 1st. Although the White Spot does not take reservations on that date, they have gone out of their way to accommodate our party (which has numbered 15 or more). The service has been great, and the food did not disappoint! Kudos to the White Spot for making a great family occasion that much better!“
