“Service was quick. The sandwich was well-prepared and presented. I liked the texture of the elements combined in every bite. The bread was buttery and toasted just right. I liked the crunchiness of the bacon in contrast with the moist Turkey and the tanginess of the pickled beet slices and the mixture of the mayo-mustard sauce. The iced matcha was also yum. Cakes were consistent with their other location. Though this location doesn’t have as many cake options compared to their Burnaby branch. It was a bit loud inside since the interior was mostly cement/concrete finish but it was still giving the forest interior vibes. Parking was a challenge, we had to wait for 20-30mins for a slot to be available, and we eventually ended up parking along the street.“

“Location was easy to find, easy to park (plenty spots available), and lots of seating available inside.

They had a wall where there were games, but nothing that was usable. They were half broken or all the pieces weren’t there.

We ordered some boba - Thursday special and Royal MT with boba. Both were nice and gave the regular boba feeling. Would come again if I was passing by and had the craving, but nothing I would go out of the way for.“

“Got the mango mountain and it was delicious. It doesn’t taste like artificial powder flavour. Pearls were perfect and even though it said normal sugar, I didn’t find it overly sweet. Staff was quick and kind. Happy they’re here at Coquitlam centre. They also add bits of mango on top. Yum!“

“I won't tell you to have their bubble waffle because it's just there to grab your eyeballs. Their real speciality is the braised pork or beef on rice or noodles. The flavour will punch you in the mouth until all your teeth fall out. But don't worry: the meat is so tender, you don't even need to chew.“

“Not bad nowadays with $14.95 set with hot drink. Added $1 for cold drink and $2.5 for bubble waffle. Their bubble waffle is excellent and honestly even with original price $4.99 it’s still worth it.

Noodle is fair not special and tea can be stronger.“

“Friendly staff. Tried the black sugar milk tea w pearls last time which the pearls were nice and chewy but drink didn't taste milk or tea. This time I tried the matcha mango latte w mango pearls, drink was good and the mango pearls texture feel more like hard jelly than pearls but were yummy anyway“

“I’ve been here multiple times, Turkish eggs used to be my go-to because it was so good…but the taste changed. It isn’t good anymore. I ordered an avocado toast without much expectation and it blew me away today! Food taste isn’t always consistent if you’re thinking of getting other things besides the basic breakfast food. Atmosphere is good, seating sometimes takes a while.“

“Second time here.. this time it’s on a stat holiday. It was busy, but we joined the online waiting list. It was a little behind but we got our table after 15-20 mins. We ordered the breakfast, but they ran out of sausages. Pancakes and the benny were good, but I wouldn’t recommend the waffles. Not my fave, it was dry and a little tough. The eggs were cooked perfectly as how we requested. Service was excellent. Lots of free parking available in the lot. We will visit again.“

“Tawainese chicken nuggets are the best although dont eat it when your have something after because it will blow thru your pants after 30 minutes.

I haven't had a problem with them yet except for the veggies that are sometimes old.“
