“amazing brunch place !! our server natalie was great and attentive to our table, she recommended the new champagne and it was wonderful. the general manager daniel was very well mannered and caring to our dining experience. overall a great place to eat and enjoy a morning.“

“Tawainese chicken nuggets are the best although dont eat it when your have something after because it will blow thru your pants after 30 minutes.
I haven't had a problem with them yet except for the veggies that are sometimes old.“

“We hosted a floral workshop at Gong Cha New Westminster, and it was the perfect place for it. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout the event. “Very noisy and crowded… they need to find a solution to the noise. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star.
The staff is lovely I’m sure, they just don’t smile. I have been there over 10 times. They seem so stressed all the time … they do work hard.“

“I had a great experience at Gong Cha Coquitlam. Bryce and Grace were both friendly, efficient, and really welcoming. They made sure my order was done exactly right and served quickly even though it was a bit busy.
The drinks were fresh and consistent as always, and the customer service really stood out. It’s nice to see staff who are attentive and genuinely pleasant.
Will definitely be coming back again!“
“Got the mango mountain and it was delicious. It doesn’t taste like artificial powder flavour. Pearls were perfect and even though it said normal sugar, I didn’t find it overly sweet. Staff was quick and kind. Happy they’re here at Coquitlam centre. They also add bits of mango on top. Yum!“

“First time visiting and it definitely did not disappoint.
Parking was easy, and we were seated right away with no wait, which is always a great start. The selection is excellent with lots of options to choose from, and the service was quick and efficient.
The food was absolutely delicious. Everything came out fresh and exactly how we ordered it.
A big thank you to our lovely hostess, Francine, who was constantly checking in on us and made sure everything arrived in the right order. Her attentiveness really made the experience even better.
Great food, smooth service, and an overall enjoyable visit. We’ll definitely be back.“
