food is amazing and the staff are so client focused. We are regulars. Thank you for great service
the new location in downtown location. food is never ready. I had to wait 20min for my order twice. it comes out disgusting because the chicken needs to rest at least 5min. the Huron line location always has chicken ready, its not greasey and perfectly done
I prefer the other location.
There's always issues with this specific location. The poor quality of food clearly match the poor customer service skills and the management. Clearly nothing changed.. I'm surprised BBB didnt shut down this place yet
