They charge for mustard, ask what kind of drink you need even there is a self dispensing machine, produces much more garbage than any of the fast food restaurants around. Not a environment friendly restaurant either friendly staff, they act like robots.Kid-friendliness: More garbage, kids get caught by the toy idea and forget about food, then get bored with the toy very soon. Producing extra unnecessary packaging just to give marketing a chance, have to say they do good on that.
MacDonald's is expensive and the service is always slow. They spend more time on drive-thru and mobile orders, then those who actually come into the restaurant to order, sad. The food is twice the price and half the size it used to be.
