“I honestly don’t have any particular preference for Pizza Hut and only ordered dinner tonight purely for the delivery convenience.
But I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the new “handcrafted” crust! It’s the perfect thickness — not too doughy or puffy like their regular crust (I dislike their regular crust) — and has a texture that’s closer to a wood-fired pizza. I’ll definitely be ordering it again for a pizza night!
The online app was easy to use, delivery was quick, and my order arrived perfectly accurate. I put the instructions “please leave at door” which were respected, and I appreciated the courtesy call from the driver, who informed me with a really polite call immediately after it was dropped off :)

“Besides the actual poutine, which was amazing, and the actual experience, which was fast and friendly, I have a lot of gratitude for the guy working last weekend as I left my phone behind on a nearby table. He said he noticed it and kept it behind the till for safekeeping until I returned. And that he does that for all things left behind on their patio. He actually brought up that I had left it there before I mentioned it, before handing it back. The LEAST I can do is leave a good review in return! And well deserved obviously. I imagine if the level of integrity for something that exceeds customer service is the standard, that the business ethics of this take out place would be similar too. Which is important for an industry that gets the product ready where we generally can’t see it. Amazing food, quality ingredients, friendly staff, good humans there.“
