Just want to take a moment to appreciate about the experience at this location. I came to front counter. I was served by employee name Gellen (sorry if i spell wrong). He had an excellent customer service skills, humble and friendly. Moreover s/s person did wonderful job my food and drinks were delectable.
Place was very clean too. God job team. Thanks i would love to visit again.“
“I am not regular to this Tim Horton , but today I am not happy with Service, waited almost 5-6 min no one even bothered to come to front to take Oder , I ordered from the screen and waited for 12 min to get my Tea which Taste very old I think it’s MRD was already expired, MRD is the time they put on product which has Shelf live eg Made / Ready / Discard. Which is not followed even other bakery Items I forget to get pics of items in shelf’s my mistake . Hope I will get better service next visit“

“I had pretty good experience at this location during my visit. I know for sure not everybody can make my drink right and had this thing many times. However here I drank quite a few times and perfect every time . Thanks for the good experience .“
“Open early and fairly late. Items generally are fresh and made recently. Plus they are located at the Kamloops downtown central bus loop, making it a nice place to relax while you wait for your bus to arrive.

“Ok, tru really outdid themselves. I contacted tims due to a wrong sized drink(partly on me for not realizing until I got to class) and jsut asked for the difference to be put back on the card and the retail manager contacted me, offering a completely free drink, (the value of wich was almost double). I've never had any issue with this location, theu have always been fantastic, fast, and efficient. Truly worth 5 stars. Go TRU!“
“There are times when the selection for treats, such as cookies or specific TimBits, could be improved, as it seems somewhat limited. However, I genuinely appreciate the friendly and pleasant service from the staff, who always greet customers with a smile.“
“I was a bit disappointed with the chili, not as meaty as it used to be before COVID. Just not the same, and I hate the dry wood utensils, not pleasant in the mouth at all. I actually will never buy anything that I need to be forced to use those to eat with. It made me sad in the end.“
“I am a truck driver, and Tim Hortons makes my ride perfect, but sometimes, at rare locations, staff do not speak polite, but at this location, all staff members are very polite they all are treat very well and served a food very respectfully. This location is very clean and very quiet , and it is mind relaxing.“
