“I am a truck driver, and Tim Hortons makes my ride perfect, but sometimes, at rare locations, staff do not speak polite, but at this location, all staff members are very polite they all are treat very well and served a food very respectfully. This location is very clean and very quiet , and it is mind relaxing.“

“Service is generally slow, and orders sometimes get lost in the chaos.
BUT, the staff here are so kind. Every time something is missing, or I'm left waiting, I've always had someone reach out and help. Seriously, there are some very sweet people working here.

Food is fast food style, but it's addicting!! I can't stop coming back. The atmosphere can feel dangerous due to homeless activity in the area and on the propety. It's not the restaurant's fault, so I'm not putting the blame on them. But it is a must-know if you're bringing family to this location, or coming alone later at night.“

“Open early and fairly late. Items generally are fresh and made recently. Plus they are located at the Kamloops downtown central bus loop, making it a nice place to relax while you wait for your bus to arrive.

“There are times when the selection for treats, such as cookies or specific TimBits, could be improved, as it seems somewhat limited. However, I genuinely appreciate the friendly and pleasant service from the staff, who always greet customers with a smile.“

“I had pretty good experience at this location during my visit. I know for sure not everybody can make my drink right and had this thing many times. However here I drank quite a few times and perfect every time . Thanks for the good experience .“

“The service was very inconsistent. I came here a couple times and due to the fact I am not visibly disabled I was waiting for the disability bath room to be unlocked and the guy behind the counter yelled the doors unlocked and said not that one the mens room.
Then the next time I went in and the lady was very friendly and right away unlocked the right bathroom.“

“I was a bit disappointed with the chili, not as meaty as it used to be before COVID. Just not the same, and I hate the dry wood utensils, not pleasant in the mouth at all. I actually will never buy anything that I need to be forced to use those to eat with. It made me sad in the end.“
