“I have places a bad review for this location before ... but today I received the best drive theu service ive had in a very log time
It was 1 pm saturday July 4th and the gentleman who was on the speaker box was amazing! He heard everything i was ordering. He got it all on there and even repeated my long order back to me. I was very impressed he was so efficient. 5 stars to the guy at the drive thru speaker box today!“

“Supervisor Jen was very friendly! Had a large group of rowdy kids and they were very kind and accommodating. Replaced a spilled drink and wouldn't even allow us to clean it. Fixed a caffeine mixup free of charge. Very well maintained and great staff! Thank you lakeshore!“

“Always consistent with their products, coffee always tastes the same, food is generally made perfectly, only negative is the homeless people camping out front of the building on a daily basis and bothering customers

I wish I could fathom the words of which what a beautiful experience I’ve had. I ordered what I usually order; 2 Doublestack English Muffin Breakfast Sandwhiches w/2 Hashbrowns, 1x Muffin, 1x Medium 1 Cream 1Sugar Coffee, 1x Custard; and before I was even done paying, again -which was within 2 -2 1/2 mins; my order was already completed with my coffee waiting for me to pick it up, as feeling like I had been dozing off for a minute or 2 and kind of hunching me to lively up myself, yet; I did and much to which myself impressed with the precision and mastery of worksmenship/workswomenship involved in that mystical moment.

The staff were super friendly and quick with our order, even though it was a bit busy. We tried a mix of items—wraps, sandwiches, and some hot drinks—and everything was fresh, warm, and tasty. The portions were just right, and it was nice that there were options for everyone.

What stood out most was how easy and affordable it was to have a casual dinner together without compromising on quality. Definitely a great spot for small groups to hang out, eat, and catch up.
