“I love this Tim Hortons — the coffee is delicious and the staff is very friendly. They’re always polite and even remember customers’ names. I always enjoy spending time there.
But I do have one request. The soap in the washroom has an unpleasant smell. Maybe it’s the store’s policy to use that specific soap, but if not, would it be possible to replace it with a different one? Sometimes when I wash my hands there and then go about my day, the smell stays with me for a long time, and it’s really not very pleasant. And it’s not easy to wash that smell off with another soap — it’s very persistent.“

“Having just relocated to Kelowna, and having to look for cars and houses, we have stopped in to this location several times over the last week “on the go”…The staff here are so friendly and clearly work hard trying their best to be efficient & friendly. “I visit this Tim Horton's daily. Given that this is not purpose built location and space converted into a Tim Horton's I think rating them compared to other locations is unfair. The staff are amazing, friendly, and always efficient getting the orders out as quickly as possible.“

“I recently visited the Tim Hortons Rutland branch and was pleasantly impressed. The place is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. The staff are accommodating and friendly, especially Tin, the one who took and assisted with my order. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely kind, which made my visit extra special.

As a coffee lover, I find their coffee quite similar to other coffee shops in terms of taste, but the service Tin offered was truly unique. It’s that kind of warm, personal touch that makes me want to come back again. Kudos to the team, and especially to Tin, for making my experience a great one!“

I wish I could fathom the words of which what a beautiful experience I’ve had. I ordered what I usually order; 2 Doublestack English Muffin Breakfast Sandwhiches w/2 Hashbrowns, 1x Muffin, 1x Medium 1 Cream 1Sugar Coffee, 1x Custard; and before I was even done paying, again -which was within 2 -2 1/2 mins; my order was already completed with my coffee waiting for me to pick it up, as feeling like I had been dozing off for a minute or 2 and kind of hunching me to lively up myself, yet; I did and much to which myself impressed with the precision and mastery of worksmenship/workswomenship involved in that mystical moment.

We came in as a group of 3–4 people for dinner, and everything was smooth from start to finish. The place was clean, well-lit, and had a comfortable vibe—perfect for sitting down and relaxing after a long day.

The staff were super friendly and quick with our order, even though it was a bit busy. We tried a mix of items—wraps, sandwiches, and some hot drinks—and everything was fresh, warm, and tasty. The portions were just right, and it was nice that there were options for everyone.

What stood out most was how easy and affordable it was to have a casual dinner together without compromising on quality. Definitely a great spot for small groups to hang out, eat, and catch up.
