“Friendly staff. They seemed like they really cared about the customer service and made sure to make my order fresh and accurately. For quick service, I was really impressed by the quality of the food at this location compared to other Tim Horton's I've been to in the area. I will definitely be coming back to this location!Parking: The parking lot is right on front of the entrance. It maybe difficult to leave the parking if the drive through is very busy.“
“Usually this location is good but when I went in the afternoon today it wasn’t even that busy and the person working at the window was rushing us away and was pushing our food out the window faster than we could grab it. Not even making sure we had it before pushing more at us. And when i got home my box of 10 timbits only had 9. Which is ridiculous that someone who can’t even count to ten is working at a job that requires it, or is too rushed even when the location is less busy than usual to pay enough attention. Being shorted one timbit isn’t worth complaining to them to get my extra timbit, but it’s so annoying that i was given less than I paid for. The food quality was mostly good. The timbits were good and the chili was good. The bread for chili was stale though.“
“We were on feb 2/2024 at 10:30am by a very friendly young gentleman named Robert. We just came back from out of country and are on a long road trip home, and he just made our morning by being very open and kind, with exceptional customer service. “I absolutly love Tim hortons for their green tea, it's one of the few you can get that has lemon grass so it's not to bitter.I also love their bacon and sausage farmers wrap, but I get mine plane since I'm not particularly a fan of Chipotle“
“To start off this stellar review, I would like to mention the impeccable lighting in this facility. It highlighted the flattering curves of the donuts?. The environment was very modern. Service was within an adequate timeline, however it should be noted that I was not offered the gift of a receipt. The heat of the hot chocolate differed and was inconsistent and not uniform, which was bothersome. However, overall it was a pleasant experience, or should I say adequate ?. “We love this location and have been going there since it opened (8 or 9 years ago, I think?). The staff is terrific and friendly, it’s clean, and the location is convenient and has a nice atmosphere.The recent renovations visually look nice, but the seating was better before. It seems to me there’s less seating overall because now there are booths instead of small tables. There are only two small tables at the back by the washrooms, so where do single or couple customers sit without taking up a whole booth. Then there are the hilariously high long tables with tall stools, which I think aren’t good for small people, or the majority of seniors who visit daily. I read that the overall franchise renovations are designed to promote community and socialization, but not everyone wants to sit and talk with strangers. Maybe those long tables should be replaced with the smaller normal height tables.EDIT: A week later, they put back the normal small tables in place of the high group tables and stools! A+ to the owners for seeing that the new style wasn’t right for this location and their core customers, and making the change. An 82 year old woman told me she was going to go to a different location, and now she doesn’t have to. Awesome!“
“Honestly, best tim hortons for drinks. Ordered the kids' creamy chills, and they put sprinkles on top of the whipped topping. No other tim hortons has done that so far, and kids always love sprinkles. Wish other locations would take an example from this place. Will definitely keep this location as my Kelowna go to timmies.“

“This morning I ordered a breakfast wrap (yummy and very quick service). While paying I mentioned to my husband that the birthday cake timbits are my favourite. When I opened my paper bag in the car, there were two of my favourite timbits! It was such a kind gesture - you really made my day!“
“This location is one of the better ones in Kelowna. They never seem to be out of anything. They can get very busy in the drive through but it still flows at a good pace. The inside and outside are kept well not too messy. The Coffee can be inconsistent, some days it’s fantastic and others it’s just meh.This location deserves a 7/10.“
