“This Tim Hortons delivers exactly what you would expect from the brand. The menu, coffee, and food are consistent with other locations, so there are no surprises. The coffee tastes the same, the Timbits are the same, and the overall experience is familiar if you have been to any other Tim Hortons.

“After coming back from Vancouver, my brother, my sister-in-law and I stopped by Tim Hortons for a little coffee break. I wasn’t really expecting much, honestly. I just wanted something warm after the trip, but it ended up being one of those simple moments that you actually enjoy more than you expect.

I went with my usual Premium Dark Roast, my brother got his Triple Triple, and my sister-in-law tried the hot Pumpkin Spice Latte. I really enjoyed the dark roast. It was bold, warm and exactly what I needed at that moment. She loved her pumpkin latte too, especially with the fall weather starting to kick in.

What I liked most was how quiet and peaceful it was when we visited. Nothing fancy, nothing crazy, just the three of us sitting down with our coffees and catching up after I got back from Vancouver. Sometimes that’s all you need. ☕“

“Just stopped by on our way to banff. I am Really happy with my visit. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I had a special request which was fulfilled in no time and the staff went out of way to make sure my family and I were comfortable.
Steep tea was actually steeped and made perfectly fine to our taste and modifications. Sitting space and washrooms were well maintained as well.

“Open early and fairly late. Items generally are fresh and made recently. Plus they are located at the Kamloops downtown central bus loop, making it a nice place to relax while you wait for your bus to arrive.

“Ok, tru really outdid themselves. I contacted tims due to a wrong sized drink(partly on me for not realizing until I got to class) and jsut asked for the difference to be put back on the card and the retail manager contacted me, offering a completely free drink, (the value of wich was almost double). I've never had any issue with this location, theu have always been fantastic, fast, and efficient. Truly worth 5 stars. Go TRU!“

“I was at the drive through with my support worker and I got myself a 2 farmer's warp and now I have food poisoning and I don't think I will be coming back here again and I prefer Downtown Tim Hortons and Westsyde Tim Hortons and they're the best places to go to as well.“
