“We left the Rutland location because of how bad the service was and we drove all the way to Lake Country because I usually have much better service with Subcity. The contrast in the quality of service is unbelievable. The girl who helped us at the Lake Country location was so friendly, professional and efficient. There were multiple customers and she flew through all of us with a smile of her face. The two women at the Rutland location should be replaced with more people like the lady in Lake Country. Thank you for saving our evening!“

“Food was good, but don’t expect the old original wooden nickel.. it’s not the quaint mom and pop shop and is not owned locally anymore ….sad it was a pillar of this community for so long and now it’s owned from someone in Calgary“

“We are always treated so well here. The service is impeccable. You won’t find nicer staff. They are hustling in there and rarely take time off. The food is delicious, consistent and fresh. “Denise at White Spot (Kelowna airport) was absolutely amazing. She made my trip great before it even started. Seriously—I’ve never received such genuinely kind and attentive service anywhere, especially at an airport. She was warm, thoughtful, and made us feel totally looked after. You can tell she really cares. White Spot is lucky to have her—she turned a quick meal into a highlight of the day.“

“was there the other day for breakfast with some friends. Randi i believe she said her name is was quick and efficient. she made some recommendations which were delicious. breakfast poutine is out of this world. highly recommend. 10/10“
