“I can’t believe I’m riding a review for a Subway sandwich shop. However, this is THE best Subway I’ve ever been too. The staff here ALWAYS take great care when they put my order together. When I ask for just a little mustard and a little mayonnaise, they actually take great care to make sure they don’t slather it everywhere.“

Kid-friendliness: My daughter is special needs, so is very precise about her order being exactly how she likes it. The staff is always super friendly and engaging with her, they remember her order each time without being told now which makes her very happy.“

“This Subway is across from where I work so I am here a lot. They work their butts off and the owner/manager seems to know everyone that walks through the doors, if he doesn’t know you he’s happy to strike up a conversation while his hands are busy making sandwiches. Everyone working here is super personable, they’re efficient and the place is always tidy.“

Everytime I go there or order delivery from skip, they always make my subs with the best of care, never made a mistake on my order, always perfectly toasted, just delicious!! If you ever crave subway, this is where I’d stop by. :)

“Typical Subway franchise located in Helmcken Road. It’s within walking distance to Victoria General Hospital, Aroga Lifestyle Clinic, and multiple other important places of visits. I had a foot long sandwich: Nashville Style Chicken, and it was the same as other Subways I have had it at. Sitting arrangement is quite spacious compared to multiple other Subway locations I’ve been! Definitely a visit when you’re nearby and craving a sandwich!

The only probable downside I would say is there was only one staff present, one more would be awesome to accommodate increase in customers during peak hours.“

“Staff here are really really great, like the best honestly. Managment sucks tho, apparently I can't ask for extra crispy onions without paying extra even tho I get barely any other veggies, because the owner is too cheap to order more than a small box every few weeks. Honestly frequently don't eat here as often now as the sandwiches aren't as appealing with only a weak dusting of crispy onions. Bad move owner“

“To be honest I really didn't want to go to Subway for a mommy daughter date but that's what she wanted. I found it actually quite good. They have a lot of different types of sandwiches now on their menu and the staff were really friendly. Other than the table not being super clean I liked my sandwich and my daughter was super happy.“

“A decent Subway, hard to rate lower as you are the one that customizes the sandwich after all but I think I caught the sole employee trying to close up early as it was later in the evening, and they did not seem to appreciate me coming in. Service 2/5.“

“I’m used to going to the one at westshore mall which sucks. This one is wonderful. Guys were amazing. Super fast, were super knowledgeable, huge line up and they got us though fast. I thought I was done with subway and then I found this location.“

“Very clean and fast service. They worked well with the two people there. The veggies and bread looked very fresh (you really can't say that with all Subways, as you know already) They made a mistake on all our subs and forgot to add jalapenos but it is a great place overall compared to some other Subways. If the mistake wasn't made and they were a bit more friendly; they would have had five stars. I will definitely go back to this location.“

“No more "roasted chicken"???! I've been eating that particular subway ever since the first time they opened! In December, I had one at this restaurant like nothing was about to go wrong. It was delish as they have been all over the world for years! Yesterday I went in and was told "they don't have those anymore". Wow. Made a quick decision to have just a ham on Italian and it was fine. Tomatoes were a bit less than good which I've seen others comment on as well. Next time, my husband said to try the club and I think I will. Just needs more flavour but I'm not sure if that's just this particular Subway or all of them. More investigating needed!“
