“Last minute, my 14 year old who has never been a big fan of turkey, decided he wanted turkey Thanksgiving dinner. He told me that his friends had told him he probably hadn't liked turkey before because it wasn't seasoned properly ? (Im the only person who has ever made him turkey). Now I am not a chef. A friend told me about JD farms, and this seemed like a perfect solution. I wanted to purchase hot cooked turkey legs and breast. So off we went. When we arrived, the Saturday of Thankgiving weekend, there was nothing left in the hot case. A lovely girl asked if she could help. When I explained the situation, she advised that we buy fresh and cook it at home, or preorder for the next day. I worked all the next day, and wanted to make sure it was "seasoned properly", but that's what happens last minute. We grabbed some stuffing and pie and a few other items, and as we stood in line, this lovely girl found me...with a hot turkey breast in hand. She had gone to the back to check for us, and found some cooling. She packaged it up and brought it to us. She saved our Thanksgiving dinner. Such amazing customer service! THANK YOU!!!! We will definitely be regular customers and recommend them to everyone we know.“

They should have said absolutely bloody amazing. 5/5 best burger I've had in a while, reminded me of some of the fare I've had in Las Vegas restaurants. “My wife and I booked ahead for a lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our lunch was at 1pm on a sunny Wednesday. We were met at the door by hostess staff Sofia and Malyka who were very friendly and helpful. There are two main seating areas, indoor & outdoor. The temperature was hot and thankfully the outdoor area is covered with patio umbrellas that provided shade but did not intrude on the views or ambiance. Indeed the outdoor ambiance is quite nice with a view to the east and the vineyards. We were seated at a lovely table that made the most of the views. Our server was Rylan who provided good reliable service. The menu provides a selection of French-oriented dishes that should please most palates. I started with the Bacchus Salad which was excellent. Fresh, tasty and a great way to start the dining experience. My main dish was the Duck Leg Confit. A respectable portion, cooked to perfection. Delicious. My wife ordered the wine which I believe was a Pinot Noir which went well (almost too well!) with the food dishes. It was a superb lunch that combined great food, wine, atmosphere and of course company. I would definitely recommend a visit.“

Beatniks Bistro in Fort Langley is a gem for brunch lovers! I went there with a group of friends, and we were all impressed by the cozy, homey atmosphere and the friendly, attentive service. It feels like the perfect spot to gather for a laid-back meal.

We ordered a variety of dishes to share, including the chorizo frittata, avocado toast, French toast, French onion soup, classic eggs Benedict, and hash browns. Each dish had a warm, comforting vibe, like elevated homemade comfort food.
