“This place is quaint, very cozy (get to know the table beside you), and popping with K-pop. The fried chicken is super fresh, tender, and crunchy, with all the right flavors. Spice is life, and the food here can be spicy! Service is very friendly, we always joke with the hosts, the cooks, and/or the owners. If I could speak Korean, I would sit and chat with the staff here all day. They have beer! By the pint and pitcher! Parking is rare, so carpool or walk/bike/bus. Always happy to come back.“

“I go to the Main St location more often because it's closer to home for me, but Burgoo has the best comfort food in the city. If you love cheese, this is the restaurant for you! The after school special (sandwich & soup) used to be a better deal, but it's still pretty reasonably priced. #“

“I have been here a few times now and thought it was time to give it a positive review. Everything I have tried –the sandwiches, soups, cocktails, even simple salads– have been excellent. The staff is very friendly. Oh, and the retro music selection is on point.“

“Tried their beef noodles ? it was pretty good for the pricing but the reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because they do offer some cool homemade stuff to take home if you ever wish like their homemade beef Jerky and their spicy sauce if you want to add it to a soup you make at home.“

“Good vegan friendly healthy conscious menu. Recommend Butter Chicken and French Onion soup .. also the Brie fondue was great- if they’re on the menu when you go. We were in Vancouver for a weekend getaway. Only 1 star for service because our reservation was for 7:45p we got drinks immediately..but no food until around 9:15.. yes you’re reading that correctly. They were very apologetic and gave us a discount on the amount owed but it was still quite expensive“

We were here for my birthday celebration. Every dish is beyond our expectations! The bread is warm and with creamy butter, French onion soup is a must try, the scallop is cooked to perfection and the duck leg vanished into my boyfriend’s stomach within 3 min since it’s too good! The dark chocolate lava cake is not too sweet, paired with homemade black current ice cream make it fresh!
Love the quiet and calm vibes. Service is excellent. I’ll rate it a 10/10?“

“Wow, what a personable experience my fiancé and I had at the coffee shop yesterday. We were greeted warmly and the owner sent me home with a small souvenir spoon that I will treasure from this travel. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for great service and great coffee and treats!“

“We visited to this hidden gem.
We had an amazing time. The food was amazing! We especially loved Salmon steak spaghetti and assorted Sashimi.
And we came back to here right next day to try some rolls, it didn’t disappointed us ?
Wish we had found it sooner.“

“Met this young lady on a wednesday afternoon, she was very nice and caring! Talked me through each item on their menu and was very helpful! The service was really nice and we started talking about many different topics which suited my interests. She was very sophisticated and understanding. The food was almost as incredible as the lady and I would come again to see her again ???“
