I have had slow and poor service before but this one takes the cake. Waiting 15-20min in drive thru with no one taking an order. Brutal. Wish I could get out of line but stuck here waiting and waiting. Even called the restaurant to let them know. Still waiting???
This place has gone down big time. It never used to be this bad. I don't see myself returning considering there are many more chicken places in the area that actually care about return customers.Ordered a 12 pcs bucket of chicken, fries & macaroni salad.
