The store is clean and BC oriented. Staff is helpful and they carry a lot of specialty and organic health food that's vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, keto, etc. Their biggest issue is pricing, as a 2 L carton of Silk soy milk (original) is $7.99 whereas I bought the same carton a few days ago (albeit on sale) elsewhere for $2.99. That said. It's a great premium BC grocery store.
Update 2024:Still recommend, but shop around as many items are now being carried in regular grocery stores for cheaper. If age of 60 and above, you get a discount. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Store stocked and clean. Plenty of parking.Old review 2022Everything natural!!! The 3 pharmacists on the floor are very knowledgeable. Large selection of vitamins and more!! Friendly staff. Amazing grocery store! Lots of variety and they have products the big box stores don’t have. Meal kits were a nice surprise (see photos). Everything was tidy and beautifully displayed. I’ll be back for sure!
