I would like to thank Norman for going above and beyond for handling my situation regarding a discrepancy from the app. When he made the sandwiches and when he communicated with customers was one of the best I've seen at any Tim Hortons across 5 provinces. Great place for the proverbial and unmistakable throughout the day meal options along with their excellent coffee - all at a very affordable price even in theses inflationary troubled times. Polite and courteous service! Service was pretty quick. I paid here and picked up my meal there in a jiffy! People are very guest-friendly! Will come again!Parking: Connected to Willowbrook Mall Langley and there are acres and acres of parking!

Friendly staff SOMETIMES. Don’t follow instructions and always mess something up. (Example; ordered a bagel today EXTRA cream cheese, and was met with almost NO cream cheese.) I understand food costs are high now but it is unreasonable to charge me for something and then not provide it. Only reason I return is due to the affordability in comparison is Starbucks.
