Tim Hortons in Mill Bay has had its ups and downs. The service can be slow, with only one order counter open even when it's busy. The staff can be loud but are friendly and helpful. Although the tables may be dirty and garbage cans overflowing, the food area is clean. The coffee is just average, and the muffins can be dry. There are plenty of vegetarian options available, even if they aren't displayed on the board. The vegetarian wrap was warm and tasty, but a bit too heavy on rice. The staff made the experience enjoyable, and the building itself is beautiful. Despite some cleanliness issues, the food was great and the staff were welcoming.
