“Went into this Wendy’s for the 1st time and was very impressed with the cleanliness but more importantly the host Harmandeep was very kind and didn’t hesitate to ask for help when I was having a problem with the coupons.

She called her manager Harleen who came over and helped her and me out. Harleen was very courteous, cheerful and helpful and not grumpy which was very refreshing to see.

Having worked in banking, sales, customer service & management I can tell Harlem is leadership material and I wouldn’t be surprised to see her become District Manager someday soon.

She leads by example and deserves this review and should be considered as a valued employee and treats her crew with respect.“
