I understand that it was very busy but maybe it would have helped to open two tills? When the person who took out order walked away during taking our order to take care of something else we were a little puzzled. There was another member giving out the food but he had to go interfering with that.
When I was ordering frosty today during late night time, the young man at the drive through thoughtfully suggested getting a couple of small Frostys instead of a large because it was actually cheaper and gave us more to enjoy. I really appreciate when employees look out for the customer's wallet like that—friendly, smart service that will definitely keep me coming back!
