Just wasn't good interactions with the people working there. You can definitely tell when someone just doesn't care about the job they do. When spending what it costs to eat out it might be better to stick to places with better service and food. If you like DQ this place serves DQ food but if you enjoy the whole eating out experience this isn't the place.
They're short staffed, like most fast food places. Be patient. The staff was very flexible, make an icecream cake roll into a birthday cake super fast without a lot of notice, greatly appreciated
