My first A&W here, I asked for something on the menu with substitutions and they were happy to accommodate. The wait was quite quick. The food quality was mixed, the sausage and patty was good but the bacon was quite greasy, dripping with grease every time I lifted my food. I’m not too sure if that’s a common thing with A&W, but overall I had a good experience and the food was tasty. I would visit an A&W again to try their non breakfast menu.

I loved going there for milkshakes, they were really good & not too expensive. But recently I went for one only to find out that they no longer have a milkshake machine. I hope they get a new one!

Went for quick lunch had Double Teen burger fries root beer. It was okay quality has gone down and prices have gone up a lot. No such thing as a cheap lunch at a fast food restaurant. Staff was kinda rude no one at the counter. I almost left. Poor service. Got coupons in the mail not sure if I will use them. I spent 1600 dollars. I may as well go to a full service restaurant at the new prices. We need a MacDonalds and Burger King in Nelson.
